Since the sale thread comments are starting to get very long, I figured it best to start a new discussion and answer some FAQ’s below. I know that some of you are frustrated by cancelled orders and in-store price discrepancies. My advice is to email Anthropologie directly at service@anthropologie.com to let them know why you’re upset.
When does Free Shipping end?
Tomorrow, 12/23, at 10 AM EST!
When does the tag sale end?
The markdowns remain in perpetuity, but the additional 25% off will last through Monday 12/27.
Can I order today and still get the item in time for Christmas?
Yes, but you will need to select 2-day shipping. For more information, see Anthropologie’s helpful shipping information page.
An item I bought in-store was more expensive than the online price. Can I get a PA?
Maybe. First you will need a screen shot of the online price. You can get this a few ways: 1 – ask if anyone with the item on their wishlist can take a screenshot and email it to you. 2 -If you placed an online order for the item that was cancelled, the price would be included in your order confirmation. You can send this to someone else who found the item in-store (though they would be able to see your shipping info) or use it yourself if you first tried buying the item online.
