Ah, it’s Monday night and you know what that means — time to guess which items will go on sale tomorrow. Come this time of week I start dreaming of dresses, tops, bags and jewelry that could be mine for a song. Can’t say for sure which items will and won’t make it so I thought it would be fun to take some educated guesses. This post is no guarantee that any of these items will actually be on sale come tomorrow. What are you hoping to see? What do you think will/won’t go on sale?

Lauren T I am hoping for the same for an item I bought over the weekend.Christina if an item is more than 60 days old a restock is one indicator that it's going on sale. Of course if the restock was because the item was sold out everywhere…well then not so much unfortunately.
i'm hoping for the in a moment dress, but then again i bought it on the 4th, so even if it goes on sale tomorrow, would they not honor a price adjustment? it would have to be tonight… i know they sometimes do markdowns monday night but i don't know if it's worth it for me to go check tonight or not.

I'm crossing my fingers for the Fire Flower dress even though it hasn't been out that long… it hasn't been selling well at all though so maybe? It fit me perfectly but I really don't have anywhere to wear it!
@Ashley – I often see items marked down around midnight (PST) on Monday nights, but the sale price usually only shows up if the item is in my cart or wishlist, not if I go to the actual product page. If there is something I'm hoping goes on sale I usually put it in my cart on Monday and check it late in the evening. Hope you get the In-A-Moment dress markdown you've been waiting for!
I know its a long shot, but i am hoping the Spring Medley Cardi goes on sale. I saw about 5-6 smalls at a local Anthro and one medium, which I bought. The price point is high, but the sweater is very nicely made. It would probably sell out at $118. I did buy it and hope for a price adjustment. I got so many compliments when I wore it over the weekend.
Ashley, I think it's a little too soon for the In A Moment Dress unfortunately. Blondmoma that's great news! I have started receiving email tips as well, so yes I'd say it's confirmed that clothing will be on sale tomorrow, at least in stores (and probably online too).Lola, this is just me drawing on previous experience, but if the warehouse has high inventory of an item they'll send it to some stores before it goes on sale to help balance out the stock. Also, sometimes stores will take an item off the floor after a certain amount of time passes. Then they'll put it out again to catch a new round of shoppers, then it gets moved to sale. I meant to say "Why would a store re-stock an item just to put it on sale?"I usually tend to assume that re-stock = not likely to go on sale anytime soon (unless it has taken an ungodly amount of time for the store to get more of the item and it's about to be out-of-season, in which case I expect it to go immediately to the sale rack once it arrives)..

Oh my goodness, Roxy, you have no idea how much bearable my Mondays and Tuesdays have become because of this feature combined with the Anthro sales… My wishes:1. Simply Lovely Sweaterdress. I know this is a long shot, but I have noticed Anthro s l o w l y moving all sweaterdresses to sale. Most recently I noticed that 'sweater' is no longer a category under dresses. What with all the spring releases, they might be willing to put the dress out to pasture. 2. Strewn Leaves Blouse. This was in the September catalogue. 'Nuff said. Plus, there are so many new spring blouse additions. Move it to sale, please!3. Cerulean Swing Coat. A COMPLETE and utter impossibility, given the recent record of jackets making it to sale, but I am just going to cross my fingers on this for the heck of it!

Roxy–After seeing the snowscape tank on you, I bought one! There's a hole along the seam (easily mendable) so they gave me an additional 15% off. I return my scalloped clouds skirt today and traded it in for the Solar Star Blouse. I really hope some shoes go on sale (wishful thinking, but would love the Smoke Stacked heels to go on sale).

Yeah it looks great on her but it was a pain to put on. On another note, I hope all of you guys made a donation to the Haiti Relief effort, I would stick to the Red Cross and Unicef, if not tune in to the CNN special to get the number to donate. All of us spend quite a lot of money shopping, so I believe we can all chip in 5, 10 bucks or more.
Of course, the Haiti Relief Effort is a more than worthy cause, but Dag nabbit, Ashley!
I would be veeeery happy to see either the plaza or tempting trellis cardigans go on sale (or both!), seeing as how I just paid full price for both, gag. Other than that, I'm actually pretty content, but a second cut on the manisa dress would be lovely!

Another slightly off topic: you can also donate online by going to the www. clintonbushhaitifund.org whose mission is to make sure the $$$ get to where it is most needed and to those organizations that are best equipped and viable.

Anon – use the Google cached results trick. Type "tempting trellis cardigan anthropologie" into a google search. Find the result from Anthropologie.com, but click on the CACHED link instead. It will take you to a saved version of the product page with the available sizes left. Add one of those sizes to your cart — even if it's not your size, just so you have one in your cart. You'll be redirected to the live Anthropologie homepage. After a couple of minutes the cardigan will now be in your cart! Voila.

Tien – I thought the exact same thing when I saw that Ashley Judd was wearing that blouse! Hopefully the side buttons will still be enough of a deterrent and it will make it to sale in the end. After all, you know Ashley had a stylist there to help her button all those dang buttons!

As an employee – I just wanted to speak to getting a price adjustment after you use a friend's discount – I wouldn't recommend it, and it could get your friend who's an employee in trouble – it's highly frowned upon – you already got a discount. I wouldn't jeopardize your friend's job there – they watch closely what you and your friends do with your discount. Just my two cents.Also, the Night Blooming Dress won't be on sale – we just got a restock in all sizes at my store.

@KaterI was the one who originally posted about the website updating around midnight (and Anon was correct, I was referring to Pacific time). I just wanted to clarify that this isn't a hard and fast rule of every sale item posting at midnight PST, I have just seen sale items marked down in my cart/wishlist around midnight or so. I only noticed it before because something that was in my cart was suddenly marked down when I was doing some late night shopping. When I went to double check the product page it still showed the original price. Also, when I clicked on the "fresh cuts" icon none of the recently marked down items in my shopping cart/wishlist were there yet. So it appeared to me that the new sale items are marked down first on the shopping cart & wishlist pages. I hope this helps clarifies things.
