And that’s why you should always read the whole description…

…oops on me! I received my Anthropologie order yesterday which included the lovely Dandelion Greens Flatware I posted about recently. As I eagerly dug through the box I noticed that the wrapping containing the flatware looked way too small.

I was expecting 5 place settings you see and I found only 1. At first I thought this was a mistake but then when I went to the product page and re-read the description. Turns out that I’d initially thought it said “Five place settings” but it actually says “Five piece setting.” As in one complete set — two forks, a knife and two spoons.

I can only laugh at myself. Guess who’s going to order a couple more settings?

LOL! I do that all the time when I order purses (that I haven't seen in real life) online. I always seem to skip over the measurements. I'll never forget when I unpacked my Foley & Corinna Jet Setter Jr. bag- I mean it has the word "JUNIOR" in the name so it should be teeny tiny, right? Wrong! Way wrong! The bag is about as big as me! Oops. The flatware is very cute, though. I'd definitely order a few more settings. 🙂

Luv the flatware. I thought that was super cheap of Anthro when you first posted about it. Well, of course it's $5 for a spoon! 😛
