As soon as I saw the heart-adorned pieces in Ellen DeGeneres’s EV1 Spring 2019 for Walmart, I knew I had to have at least one adorable heart-blazed tee. Turns out two heart tees made it into my closet, plus several other pieces from the latest collection.
I love clothing that puts a smile on my face! Ellen’s collaboration with Walmart Fashion is one I can get behind on a number of levels. This line is all about inclusivity and love — two ideas I feel the world needs more of! In a very casual, accessible and easy-to-style way, the EV1 Spring 2019 line takes on trends like patchwork, camo and embroidery with a sense of fun and playfulness that fits right into my closet.
I’m delighted to show off several of my favorite pieces from the EV1 Spring 2019 line. While it’s a bit cold outside right now to wear the skirt and jacket, the Ombre Short Sleeve Heart Tee ($10, TTS) and the Ombre Heart 3/4 Baseball Graphic Tee ($12, size up if your chest is larger like mine) are on repeat right now.
It’s so fun to see the smiles these heart tees get on the subway! So to beat the cold and showcase Spring, I headed into the new 28th St 6 train stop where hellebore, lilacs, magnolia and daffodils are always in bloom!

Thank you so much Karen! BIG HUGS, I miss you and this community so much!! I am not gone forever — I underestimated how much of an adjustment period I'd have at my new job. Things are going very well and I'm getting settled in, so as soon as I have a routine settled I will be back to posting everyday.
