Are Boden’s prints becoming better at scale or have I just hit that early 30-something age where suddenly these things are appealing to me? Either way, I must say that Boden unleashed some serious pretty in its newest arrivals! Dresses like the Hannah Seam Detail Dress ($83-$118, above) have given me the winning formula to combat any winter blues.
Inside, a few more new items at Boden that my closet wants to hold and how to take 15% off your order…
I have to say I’m loving this new large floral print, especially when it’s mixed in scale with other prints a la the Anna Dress ($124-$138, above). This cool minty green color looks spectacular with black, doesn’t it? I also love it in the Shawl Collar Cardigan ($133-$148) — I’ve been longing for shawl collar sweaters lately as my absolute favorite sweater from J.Crew (from 2006!!) has finally been retired after 10 years of loving wear. I hope this Boden sweater will eventually come in more colors!
Speaking of soft sweaters Boden has a few other new colors and shapes to try. The Rosannah Cashmere Sweater ($205-$228) has super long sleeves that are meant to be cuffed and a wide, nearly boat neck. The brand new Sofie Sweater ($148) has texture, a mod neckline and is slightly shorter than your average sweater. I especially love it in the ‘coconut ice’ color, a pale pink. Also compltely lovable and practical to boot is the turtlenecked Margot Sweater ($104-$148) which has a slight bell shape to it that’s so damn cute over mini skirts!
Boden also made lots of additions to its sale section, including winter-weight coats like the Sienna Coat (now $173) and the Windermere Coat (now $231); work-ready skirts like the Modern Pencil Skirt (now $71) and the Printed Cotton A-Line Skirt (now $34-$68) as well as cute casual options like the Suzy Skater Skirt (now $48); sweaters to love such as the Cashmere Relaxed V-Neck Sweater (now $105-$125) and the Easy Lightweight Sweater (now $53); and dresses to layer like the Curved Waist Seam Dress (now $48) and the Ruched Detail Dress (now $54).
All this, and you can take 15% off your full-price items in your order too. Use code 2A2K. (Note: Boden often sends out multiple codes with varying percentages off; if anyone has a code for more than 15% off please share it in the comments!) UPDATE: Take 20% off with the code FRND. Thanks buenosiris!
