The latest additions to my overflowing Anthropologie wishlist

Atri Maxi Dress ($298) — yum!

Apologies my posting has slowed down these last several days, community. Always during Fashion Week I think, ‘I don’t have to work or attend as many shows this time around, so I’ll have way more free time then last go-round!’ And then that never ends up being true.

So while I’m running around like a high-heeled chicken with its head cut off, let’s take a look at some of Anthro’s latest pretties, shall we? I do believe Anthropologie is starting to get its swagger back…at least in my book. My wishlist has positively exploded in the last few weeks so much so that I’m considering blowing up one of my current lists and starting over with all the new delights that I want.

Inside, plenty of what I love right now — and I want to hear what’s got you excited too!

Backland Tee ($188) — beautiful from, well, the back!

It’s a mix of what I’m loving right now. Some pieces I’m perhaps adoring given my current state of watching impossibly beautiful (and occasionally, impossibly ugly) garments parade down the runway. I’m swooning over the drama of pieces like the Black Mountain Cardigan ($888). Good god is that thing ever beautiful! I’m pretty sure it got a very small production order and I predict it will sell through quickly. The Lanosa Shell ($98) is also beautifully dramatic but at a lower octave, not to mention a much more digestible price. The gym is one place where drama on your clothing is not only accepted but encouraged. Far be it from me to say no to that, and crops like the Starfield Capris ($88) get me excited to get dressed for my workouts and more importantly motivated to go!

There is the importance of things beautiful and special, such as the Buttontree Tunic ($148) or the Ficus Pullover ($228). My appreciation also grows for more versatile pieces, like the Turtleneck Swing Dress ($188) and the pretty yet simple Denimknit Cocoon Dress ($148).

From the looks of things it seems Anthropologie has been listening to our cries for more work-appropriate classics with a twist. The latest evidence? Maeve’s gorgeous Crosby Wrap Skirt ($98). I’d likely pair them with Miss Albright’s Frilled T-Straps ($188), another slightly Anthro-ized classic that has me drooling. And the Lorca Layered Necklace ($68). And the Evi Pullover ($98). Outfit — done!

There can be no denying of my love for a big pom. Thank you, Pom Field Beanie ($130).

I know it’s way too early to be thinking about any of this, but I even see some cold-weather gear I’m loving already. Besides the hat above there’s also the smaller yet still lovable pom on the Colorblock Pom Hat ($50). There are also the All Black Tied Shearling Booties ($212) which just…gah…is there snow yet??!

Have you checked out Anthro’s latest new arrivals? What do you love right now at Anthropologie? What is tops on your wishlist? And what are you waiting to see?
