Well, that didn’t take long! Fresh of the successful debut of their first Accessories Store, Anthropologie is already drawing up plans to open a second. According to StyleList, Urban Outfitters executives declined to give the exact location but hinted that it will be “somewhere in the Northeast.” It will not be close to a traditional Anthropologie store…the clues, they are certainly intriguing!
My vote is of course right here in NYC but somehow I’m thinking it will be more an urban satellite location. So perhaps Greenwich, CT? Or near their recently-opened Cambridge, MA store? Nothing is set in stone yet. If it were up to you, where would you like to see the next Accessories Boutique open?
Update 11/12: I have heard that the next boutique is likely opening in Rhode Island. We shall see!
