This is about to reveal how anthro obsessed I amanon at 4:22 – Kim wore the drifting by dress to her party. On her actual birthday, she wore the h&m dressand I have the grey and I love it. I'm on a nude kick, but decided to seek out the grey instead since a) it's my favorite color to wear. B) nude isn't necessary the best shade for my skin tone

Stef – I'm typically a 4 and I sized up in the dress. I wasn't there to try it on (I'm in Texas and the closest h&m is in Chicago lol or Arizona), so a kind community member had to find one for me. Per her advice, I asked for an 8 or a 6, and she was able to find the 8. The waistband of the dress is super duper tight and while I may have been able to make the 6 work, it may have been a problem when I sat down. So unfortunately, I'm not sure if you should size up one or 2 sizes.

Stef, go with what Lauren suggested I think (hm dress) if you are reg sz 2, 5'9. I think 6 or even 8 will be excellent – remember these are cheaper dresses so not cut and constructed as well (for ease of getting in and out) as eg Anthro. I took sz 2 as bodice was just way too loose on 4 but would not have gotten 2 if waist was tight. I am sz 00 5'8 so it fit but I am dancer thin. It's a cute dress. For me I love nude tones but not this particular one at all, whereas I loved the grey. Sorry I can't help you more to find one,( am sick right now).
