The Festival of Lights is upon us and I could not be more excited…or exhausted. It’s been a busy week but I’m finally back home! Apologies to anyone who has written me an email that I’ve not yet replied to — I’ll be catching up this weekend. Thanks for bearing with me ladies.
Also, it’s about that time when I give the blog a refresh and this time around it’s gonna be a big one. I’ve never been very happy with my current template. It’s not wide enough and I want to be able to feature more in the sidebar. So with the help of my friend Chad I’m completely recoding it. It’s going to end up looking similar to Tom & Lorenzo/Project Rungay (a blog I heart!) in that the front page will have thumbnail previews of the posts. I think this will be less cluttered and easier to navigate. So if you come to the blog this weekend and it’s totally broken that’s why.
Normal posting will resume on Sunday. The gals are coming over tomorrow to catch up on the Styled requests in our queue. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend! I’ll be hitting all three NYC Anthros so if you’d like to see something reviewed let me know in the comments. I’ll try my best to fulfill!

I'm starting to think that the Pessinus Garden necklace and I are just not meant to be… I checked online 10 minutes before you saw it and it wasn't there. I checked again just now and, of course, it was gone. I'm going to get on the phone with customer service on Monday and see if I can track one down. Luckily, I'm driving down to D.C. on Wednesday, so I can stop at any of the stores between Boston and D.C. if it turns out to be in-stock at one of them… I'll let you know if I'm successful. We didn't get as far as I'd hoped on the new template. Turns out it has a lot of fixed CSS that we'll need to overhaul…ugh. Anyway, rather than killing the live blog I made a testing blog here so we can work over there. Only CSS junkies will find it interesting but feel free to take a peep if you want. Be warned, it's really really fug at the moment.
