I have heard about the Anthropologie product surveys and other members here have received them. But until yesterday I’d never gotten one. I was positively giddy to see this in my Inbox (See how easy I am to market to? Make me feel special and I’m in!). I like customer surveys.
It was pretty short — I was asked to look at 6 tops and then pick my 3 faves. There were a few follow-up questions about why I picked the ones I did. The final page also had an area to send general Anthropologie feedback. I would have answered a much longer survey in a heartbeat for Anthro. Any chance to sneak a peek at future items is OK by me.

I finally received that survey yesterday too… I was hoping it would mean I was finally one of the "chosen" now too!
I still have a bone to pick with Anthro. Would it kill them to reward the customers who took the time to do the survey with a small discount at the end? Like take 10% off your next purchase, or free shipping, or something like that? I love Anthro, and I took the survery, and then, just like their Facebook, nada. Nothing. Sorry, but that's the one thing Anthro really needs to work on. They build up their clientele, but they hardly ever reward them or throw them a bone.
They sent me a $78 shirt for free for filling out a past survey (a few months ago), so I think they do reward customers sometimes.. they said I'd have a chance to win my favorite shirt from the survey and then they did contact me a few weeks later to send me one.
I didn't receive one, but I hope I do! I didn't know they did this.
