Anthropologie must have known that today is review week’s dress day. How else to explain their latest email all about dresses? I have always been a fan of Anthro’s dresses but the Two Rivers Dress ($118) featured in the email is a bit underwhelming to me. I like it, but Anthro has such fabulous dresses that I can’t believe that’s the one they chose to feature!
I like this dress because it is simple. This looks like a dress I could wear any number of places. Dressy, casual, just change shoes jewelry etc. Though I do like the blue dress you posted today.
I saw this dress in store yesterday. The top is almost like the top of the Labyrinthine tee (both are by Deletta), though not as much fabric. it seems rather flimsy. I have no idea why such a high price point is given for such a thin knit dress.
Like Georgine, I love the simplicity of this dress because it's consequently so versatile, but like Jacquelyn said, it doesn't seem worth the original price. Wishlisted for if it goes on sale.
