Fresh off the heels of opening a Calgary location, Anthropologie has set its sights firmly on scenic Vancouver, BC. Rumors of a Vancouver location have been floating around since late 2008 with several possible locations within the city limits mentioned. While no exact building has been picked yet job openings have started to appear on Urban Outfitter’s corporate site. So while the opening itself has no firm date this year it will definitely happen sometime in 2011.
This is of course all part of my devious master plan:
1 – convince Anthropologie to open in Vancouver
2 – head on up there, get a job at Anthropologie in Vancouver
3 – get a part-time job on one of the CW or Fox shows that film there (I think we know my first choice)
4 – spend weekends at Whistler
5 – party like a rockstar
