I guess the rumors are true: the statement necklace is falling out of fashion. The latest confirmation comes via Anthropologie’s latest email which highlights tops that require no jewelry added. (Well-topped tops in their words.) While I agree the shirts shows don’t really need necklaces I am not about to stop wearing necklaces. Both large and small, I love them equally.
The little cardigan is so sweet! I don't think necklaces are ever going anywhere, though 🙂
I agree- with necklines as detailed as these, a necklace would look strange.But I love my necklaces, with the right tops. I'm never giving them up! *hugs to chest*
I think a simple diamond pendant would look darling on both. I think the issue more is- how much of your upper chest is showing? Although the shirt has a lot of detail, there is a lot of skin showing. I would feel a bit naked and throw a simple necklace on. Love your blog- I look forward to reading it 🙂
