For the most part, I’m not interested in revisiting clothing or accessories trends from my childhood. Recently I’ve come to discover one major exception — hair clips! This fun and harmless trend looks good on everyone and anyone regardless of hair length. Come with me and let’s go exploring the Fall 2019 hair clip trend.
The Fall 2019 hair clip trend is like something out of a Dr. Suess book. You can wear one clip, two clips, red clips or blue clips. I can wear clips on the front of my head or the back of my head. Everyone can wear as many or as few clips as they’d like. Anyone can mix jeweled hair clips, acrylic hair clips, gold hair clips or silver hair clips. Would you like your hair clips on top of your head? Perhaps you’ll wear them right when you get out of bed. And so on…
There are as many types of hair clips out there as there are ways to wear them. There are bubbly pearlized hair clips, bobby pin style hair clips, hair clips that are letters (to spell out initials, phrases or words!) and more. Truly, you can find any kind of hair clip you can imagine thanks to the Fall 2019 hair clip trend.
The styling of the moment is to wear many clips at once. I love the idea of mixing and matching styles of clips!! I’m fully embracing the Fall 2019 hair clip trend — it’s such an easy way to style 2nd day hair. Below, some of my favorite styling ideas.

I love the pearl clips too because pearls are my college sorority's gem. But then again, I kind of love ALL of the hair clip styles so I'm pretty easy to please.
I'm so with you and usually I don't want to visit my childhood trends. Hopefully the butterfly clips do not make a comeback haha. But I am loving these hair clips. I recently bought the pearl ones and they elevate my outfit. I love that green acrylics hair clip set you shared. It's so pretty!

I get that, sometimes a trend just doesn't appeal. It's fun to fully embrace some and fully reject others!
I loved seeing this, because I have been wearing mine pretty much the same way each time. Seeing other ways to style them was so important! I love this clip trend, especially for unwashed hair.

Right when this trend resurfaced, I purchased a handful of pearl clips. However, so far I haven't been able to find a way to make them work on my face shape while I'm wearing my glasses, which is kind of a bother. But I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually!

If you wear your hair up they'd look great in the back under a bun or ponytail!!
I love this trend on everyone but I have not yet tried it on myself. I want to but I am not sure. I suppose only time will tell. So much inspiration here in your post though 🙂

Hehe I never stopped wearing hair pins. I use them to clip back my bangs when I want my hair out of my face. But these are such cool looks, I'm glad hair pins are coming back in style, I really want to try some of these styles. Thanks for sharing 🙂
