Almost everything at Anthro is sold out online. I wonder if they will appear again after the promos end or if they will have more new arrivals. There is not a whole lot left to buy! I am disappointed to not have gotten some of the gifts I wanted to purchase for family members. 🙁

I'd guess that there will be lots of returns and such leading to restocks. What's weird is stores are far from wiped out…perhaps store fulfillment is turned off for the moment?
In store fulfillment has been turned off for such a long time, that I have complained to corporate HQ. It is beyond annoying.

Although…are you sure that's accurate? Because I feel as though I just used the service to get a gift at a NYC Anthro a couple of weeks ago.
I often see items showing as sold out online but are still plentiful in my store.
It's annoying that the free shipping promo at Anthro is only on $100+. Most stores are doing free shipping, full stop. Especially since Anthro members already get free shipping over $150 and the promotional discount isn't as good as over the weekend, there's really no reason to shop today. I was hoping to pick up a pair of online-only tights I misses out on during the 30% off, but with the free shipping threshold so high I'm not going to bother.

I ordered the faux leather pants from Anthro on thurs and they arrived Saturday. Placed an order at j crew this morning ( for that new arrival the lace pleated blouse in black) and it already shipped.
In store purchases: I bought the farm rio intarsia top ( wore it with black skinnies on Saturday for a beer crawl) and the silver ruffled metallic top ( in a size small and I’m a 10/12 so size waaaaay down-this is a great top for the holidays!)
Nothing full price even with the 20/30 off is enticing me

I really like the Munro dress – I'd tried it on instore so I knew it was a good fit. It's very thin, though, so I'm going to have to layer it.

I got my FP pre-Black Friday order, and one item I'd ordered from Barney's for my boyfriend, but I don't think that counts as I believe they couriered it.
My Amazon orders also arrived — their shipping speed always delights me! JustFab had a boot sale before Black Friday and that order came over the weekend. Love the boots I got!

I got my dresses (from Amazon) and one was too small and the zipper on the larger size was stuck so I could not even try it. Back it went and I had to order another.

I have a lot of trouble with fit at WHBM, so I just have been working on putting it with things from my own closet. The last time I wire it I paired it with a black lace tunic from Free People that I found 2nd hand, and black Lucky skinny jeans (also 2nd hand) and tall black boots. the lace tunic has a little frill at the bottom that layered out from the bottom of the jacket, and I liked that look. I can see doing so many things with that jacket, though -it's a great versatile color.

J Crew continues to get my money this season. The Anthropologie promotion was very poor IMO and the $100 shipping threshold for Cyber Monday was downright insulting. I purchased nothing from them today and only a cheap Happy Feet Beauty Pack over the weekend where I received any "empty", read no discount included jingle bell. #fail

Boooo empty jingle bell! I too have loved J.Crew this Fall, though it seems very polarizing right now. I've seen a lot of hating what J.Crew has right now too. Oh well. More for us!
This is the first time I’ve seen Anthro offer a worse promotion on Cyber Monday than Black Friday weekend. This is also the first year I purchased absolutely nothing. It’s the end of an era and it’s so disappointing.

Hmm no this is pretty typical of Anthro on Cyber Monday, they used to ONLY offer free shipping no min. This is an improvement over that but certainly a downgrade from Black Friday weekend.
I was pleased with the 30% off for Black Friday. (Wasn't it usually 20% off the last few years?) This is my first Anthro order since the spring. Boden has been more appealing to me lately.
I finally caved and got my Troubadour Felted Bouquet scarf, tuque, and mittens set. I got it in navy to be matchy 🙂 A few pullovers too: Linda Fair Isle pullover and Sandie Spli-Neck pullover.

It was 30% off last year too but yes in prior years it was 20% off full price ONLY on Black Friday, then a sale promo the rest of the weekend. And if you look back more than 5 years they used to have no promo at all!

Putting the finishing touches on my first gift guide post, which will be up midday!
I had an unexpectedly good Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday shopping, got some treats for myself from Anthro and a few things for husband from J. Crew (as well as a price adjustment). All my Anthro orders already arrived and J. Crew shipped today.
From Anthro I bought and love it all:
1) Mixed Stitch Cardigan – goes with pants and dresses and is so soft and warm and unique, and I love the colorful pattern and the subtle sequin sparkle on the sleeves.
2) Layered Arabesque Dress – will wear on New Year's with silver Tieks, it probably looks better on someone slimmer than me but I can't resist the tulle and the soft, slightly bell-sleeved sweater top, it's the most princess-like dress I ever had and I just adore it
3) red Oda Sweater Dress – I get the design, but I would prefer it with longer sleeves, nevertheless I will keep as it is very well made and flattering, the ?lace at the hem is of good quality and it "makes" the dress. It's perfect for holiday parties
4) Ruched V-neck Dress – simple, flattering and useful

Sooo…for the first time ever..Anthro was a no go for the most part for me. I spend some time trying to find some old Anthro pieces to fill my wardrobe : )
BUT- I purchased a great haul from Madewell though! I'm beginning to like their quality and style (with a mix of JCrew of course). Their basics just seem like great quality and a bit more affordable. I like the province cross-back pullover, and the bell-sleeve pullover as well as basic tops and long sleeves.
I also purhcased active wear from GymShark and Lulu, but am still vying for the perfect Sports Bra.
As far as boots, I'm still looking!! I like the Lucky Brand ones and may try what is left in a 6, but I am still searching for booties this season.
I love FP Jeans, especially the high waisted, but would like to find a thicker pair too : )

Same news here Catie, no purchased from Anthro, but I bought a few sweaters from Madewell. Everything at Anthro and many other retailers seems like glitzy "holiday" apparel. Not much that is practical and flattering but fun.
I got my Anthro BF order Monday which was fast for them. Happy to report I am keeping everything which is a first haha.

Mine from last week (11/21) still hasn’t shipped and I’m dreading the cancellation email to follow. You would think they would’ve worked out all the inventory kinks after the last fiasco.
