Inside, what I’m getting during this promo, what I’ve bought recently and loved, and what I’d love to get if my budget were unlimited…
With my monthly shopping budget just replenished, I’m looking to buy a bunch of new pretties for Spring! Add to that the pretty things I’ve already gotten and some things that only my dreams will attain, it’s a nice long list of recommendations below.
Remember everything in this list is 20% off:
1 | The Solenne Tiered Blouse ($88, above) has been on my wishlist forever. I tried it on and while short, it worked well on me, even with my larger bust. I went up to a large to make it work.
2 | The Lace-Trimmed Cami ($58) is another highly-rated item that’s on my radar. Although short, I see it working well with shorts and high-waisted skirts. I’m leaning towards the blue.
3 | This promo works on third-party stuff, which is great to pick up brands like Ray-Ban at a deal. My favorite pair is the Ray-Ban Classic Aviator Sunglasses ($170), which Anthropologie also carries an in-house approximation of in the Mirrored Aviator Sunglasses ($38).
4 | Another example of this are the Raen Raleigh Sunglasses ($200), approximated in the Cybil Sunglasses ($38).
5 | I own all three colors of the Stone Stacking Rings Set ($68) and they are wonderfully versatile! I highly recommend them as pretty little finger accents. See them on me here.
6 | After missing out on a similar pair at J.Crew, I’m determined to get the Flamenca Ivory Beaded Drop Earrings ($158) during this promotion and before they sell out! They also come in black and red.
7 | The Pleated Linen Tank ($68) looks best for large chests when layered under a jacket, and best for small chests on its own. I’ve had great luck wearing it under my Lavender Leather Moto from Rebecca Taylor — OOTD not to far away.
8 | The yummiest bucket bag there is comes in the Classic Leather Bucket Bag ($140). I need to decide which color I like best…
9 | And if you like round bags, the Delphine Crossbody ($160) is a fantastic option. I’ve been wearing this round bag often — you can see it on me here and here.
10 | The Ezio Suede Backpack ($98) is a cute little affordable bag.
11 | I like the Reverie Sweater Dress ($198) it’s shown with too — I just wish they’d kept it the way they showed in the Ezio catalogue shot!! A much closer version to that dress is available here.
12 | Anthropologie makes awesome wrap belts! The latest I like is the Ava Wrap Belt ($88), which comes in three versatile colors.
13 | You could wear the belt for example with the Kinsey Off-The-Shoulder Dress ($138) in either color!
14 | Floral beauty shines through the Katerina Floral Blouse ($148), which you’ll want to size up as it runs small overall.
15 | I recommend pairing that top with a delicate necklace such as the Lori Stone Choker ($98).
16 | The Roe Open-Shoulder Top ($98) was a total hit in Costa Rica (see it on me here, full OOTD post next week!) but as I mentioned in my review on Anthro’s site, keeping up the straps was nearly impossible.
17 | The Washed Linen Shirt ($78). Seriously, it’s cute and amazing — why don’t you own it yet??
18 | Be weekend or casual-work ready with the Frayed Tunic Dress ($128).
19 | Or go the extra-cute route in the Denim Leaves Shift Dress ($158)!
20 | The Avalonne Silk Dress ($188) has potential to be perfect for the beach wedding I’m attending in June.
21 | I’d probably wear it with the Klub Nico Kaira Heels ($158) I so adore — off the beach, of course.
22 | The Howsty Mimosa Lasercut Suede Heels ($278) are another pair of shoes calling out to me!
23 | I hear very good things about the Denim Corset Cami ($88), and it’s highly-rated too.
24 | I tried on the Songbird Peasant Top ($148) and it’s just as pretty in real life! Runs TTS.
25 | We haven’t talked about the Floral Netted Skirt ($168) in awhile, but it’s still beautiful!
26 | Pair it with the Ruffled Nobility Top ($78) to recreate the outfit online, or…
27 | …go with the Marie V-Neck Cami ($48) for something less expected.
28 | Pilcro makes a great off-white jean in the Script High-Rise Skinny Jeans ($128).
29 | If you want whitest white, I suggest the M.i.h. Bodycon Mid-Rise Skinny Jeans ($225).
30 | Make getting dressed (or undressed!) extra fun with the Paige Robe ($88).
What will you get during this promotion? Need even more Anthro inspiration picks? I’ve written up more items that I love here, here and here recently.
I'm pretty excited about this promotion as it is perfect timing since I was going to go pick up the Frayed Tunic Dress tomorrow anyway! And I also have to say that I am loving Anthro accessories right now, especially all the beaded earrings. Haven't been to the store in awhile and hoping that it is all springed out.
A little update on my dress order that I was miffed about.
I just called CS to get a PA on another order and asked her to check on the backordered dress. She said it's due to arrive Apr 1 (same day as when I ordered it in February). So I explained to her my confusion – this is the fourth time I've asked – the first two CS people said it would arrive Apr 1 but the third said it would never ship.
She said the third person was mistaken and that my order is reserving a dress for when this new shipment arrives. So even though there are zero in stock, I have reserved one in the new shipment and all those are now sold out. And that she has made the same mistake as the third CS so she's confident it is reserved and will ship.
SO…I'm feeling much more hopeful that the dress will actually ship! Partly because this woman sounded more mature than the other one (guess I'm being age-ist here).
I got the Odilia Shirtdress and the Blake Buttondown, and am considering another color of the Margot tee. I saw more cute stuff in store than I've seen in a long while!
