J.Crew’s September rollout has arrived, and along with it a promo of 25% off select tees, sweaters, jackets & more (plus an extra 30% off sale), all with the code SHOPNOW. Shopping now is exactly what I plan to do, especially for some nice new fall stuff!
Take the look above. While I’m all set on denim jackets, I do love the combination of it with the Classic V-neck Cardigan Sweater ($80) and the No. 2 Pencil Skirt in houndstooth ($98).
What else do I like from the latest rollout? It’s all inside…
The Stadium Cloth Cocoon Coat ($350, above) is a favorite of mine, because it is so very warm! With a funnel neck and slightly oversized body it keeps plenty of heat inside. I guess it must be a favorite of many people’s as it’s excluded from the promo (though well worth the investment). Luckily there are some other perfect coats included, like the Majesty Peacoat ($298) which comes in so many fun colors it’s hard to choose. The Chateau Parka in Stadium Cloth ($365) also didn’t make it into the promo but it’s everything I want in a winter coat (long, faux fur hooded, pocket-adorned parka with front zip!) so I have to mention it.
The cutest top in this rollout has to be the Flutter Sleeve Top in Cherry Print ($78, above) though the Italian Cashmere Shell with Feathers ($348) is a very close second. The other new tops I like are mainly sweaters, the Italian Cashmere Classic V-Neck Sweater ($198) and Merino Wool V-Neck Sweater ($80) topping that part of the list.
In dressland, J.Crew continues its recent run of excellent workwear, adding new must-haves in the Checked Flutter Dress ($128, above) with its fantastic back, the Pleated Windowpane Dress ($198) and the Denim Sheath Dress ($110), all of which I must have! (In the totally superficial sense.)
