If you have an iPhone and love Anthropologie, today is an ‘appy’ day! (Sorry, couldn’t resist.) Anthropologie is offering 15% off your full-price purchase using the code TAPTAP when you download their app.
This of course comes as I’d just made a purchase yesterday — the High-Tide Halter Dress ($128) in green and two necklaces to go with it, the Beacheress Necklace ($64) which is lightweight and more plastic-y than wood but not too noisy when I walk and the Garten Bib Necklace ($54, styled here in ivory) in yellow, meaning I now own it in both colors. The dress runs slightly small if you’re curvy so I went up to a large, which is also a little longer on me than the medium.
One item I did not buy even though I’d been expecting to was the Freya Poplin Dress ($168). It has a lot going for it, including strong interior boning, but this dress fits like old Maeve (pre-2012) which means super small in the chest. I couldn’t get any size from an 8 all the way up to a 12 to zip up fully over my bust and that makes this dress a bust. Super boo, Anthro!
That said, there are plenty of other Anthropologie items tempting me at the moment. Items in my cart include the Pandeiro Necklace ($64), the Billy Ella Parry Wedges ($178), the Georgiadou Infinity Scarf ($58), the Milagros Tank ($98), the Tillie V-Neck Tee ($48), the Lace-Up Denim Skirt ($118), the Sugared Stripes Dress ($395) and the new grey colorway of the Gathered Stripes Midi Dress ($158) which fit me fantastically in a medium. And I could easily list about 20 more items!
Will you take advantage of this offer? I probably will, though this promo would have been more timely for me two weeks from now. If you’re looking for more Anthro items to inspire you, check out yesterday’s post.
