Eye Candy: Anthropologie May 2016 Journal

Anthropologie’s May 2016 catalogue takes us away to Morocco for Springy delights.
Shown here: the Paleta Shirtdress ($158), ett:twa Tauno Sunglasses ($58)
and Cubanas Peep-Toe Espadrilles ($135).

The May 2016 catalogue is here and it is a delight! From the clothes which are making my wishlist overflow to major proportions to the beautiful backdrops, this is one of the better catalogues Anthropologie has come out with in some time. (Though there is a serious lack of diversity which continues to disappointingly plague these lookbooks.)

Inside, some of my favorite photos from the journal — or you can see the whole thing here for yourself along with a cute video Anthropologie made on their Moroccan escape.

I’ll take everything in this look please! So delighted to see these sandals back online.
and Carosello Belt ($68).

Love the idea of using the scarf as a belt! I’ve tried on this top — it runs true to size though a bit short.
It feels soft and wonderful on, and is a good compromise between an off-the-shoulder top and wearing a bra.
So glad to see the top is no longer an online exclusive!
Daybreak Maxi Skirt ($168), Crossback Cami ($58), Leilou Hobo Bag ($488).
The Crossback Cami ($58) is very likely going to be part of my last-day-for-free-shipping order today.
Cute and classic with a nice extra touch. Good job Anthro!

There is much more eye candy to see on the journal’s full page. Among the non-catalogue new arrivals (or items I’m just noticing now) I’m swooning over the Coordinates Cuff ($138), the Tombolo Vest ($138), the Flamant Skirt ($128), the Catarina Silk Tunic ($178) and the Luka Wide-Leg Crops ($118), just to name a few.

Much more on new arrivals coming up soon…

What do you think of May’s items so far at Anthropologie?
