If Anthropologie and Kate Spade had a baby, the resulting bundle of shopping joy might just be Ted Baker. I’m rather shocked that Anthropologie doesn’t carry any Ted Baker items given its feminine, floral, flirty style. I love the brand’s updated takes on 60s styles and cute accent choices like bows and ruffles and such, all in very pretty colors.
Picks? I have oh so many. Among my favorites, inside…
It was a true challenge to narrow down Ted Baker’s brilliant dress selection down to just these picks! I feel rather swoony over the designs, colors, patterns and lengths. These are the kind of dresses that recall an era vaguely while still having timeless appeal. Any of these would be sure to live in my closet for years to come.
In general I have found Ted Baker items to be well-made, crafted with attention to detail and fit, and of good quality. I own one Ted Baker dress from about 3 years ago and to look at it you’d think it new. I find their dresses run true to size — for me my usual 6/M converts to a Ted Baker size 2 in most cases, a 3 in shifts and a 4 in sheaths.
Another category I love from Ted Baker are their bags, both purses and cosmetics bags. I own and love a cosmetics bag from this brand from last winter! It has held up very well to being squeezed in my travel bags, carefully cleaned after I accidentally get makeup on it and keeping its shape and zipper in great condition despite being opened, oh, at least five times a day. Below are my current faves.
The list of things I love right now from Ted Baker goes on and on! Besides all of the items I’ve showcased here I’m also lusting after the CALENO Printed ankle strap sandals ($150) in either color (or both colors?), any of the many pretty phone/iPad cases the brand carries, the CASPER Embellished face watch ($165) in mint, a top or five and maybe a skirt or two just for good measure. They even have super cute audio accessories!!
