Oh hey, look what Anthropologie dropped today to brighten up our Wednesday! As hoped, it turns out the woeful December 2015 lookbook wasn’t it for the month — the December 2015 Gift Guide is here to enjoy.
Inside, what’s getting circled and left open around the apartment for my guy to notice…
What cuteness abounds within the Gift Guide? I’m loving the soft sweater trio shown above. The Cowled Cashmere Tunic ($228) is especially soft. The Chiffon-Hem Pullover ($98) topping my earlier post from this morning is likewise featured and makes me want it even more. The Snow Dusting Throw ($148) looks like it too would be a lot of fun to cozy up with.
Need some hostess gifts for an upcoming holiday party? The photo above from the Gift Guide is full of great options, from the adorable Sleigh Bell Bottlestopper ($14), Sleigh Bell Drink Stirrer ($14) and Sleigh Bell Bottle Opener ($16) to the festive Clustered Bell Cocktail Shaker ($32). Of course it wouldn’t be Anthropologie without some critters, so the Winterwood Animal Cocktail Shaker ($48) is there for all your rabbit or owl-head cocktail shaking needs. Just to lend an extra bit of holiday cheer this photo also features the Shining Stripe String Lights ($38).
OK, Anthro, I get it, my holiday cocktail mixing sets are inadequate. Noted!
The other home vignette that jumped out at me from the Gift Guide is one featuring the Metallic Idiom Pencil Case ($24), Metallic Idiom Journal ($38) and Plumed Writing Pen ($12) because who doesn’t need a feathered writing pen don’t answer that because everyone does. I want all 4 varieties so I can journal with a feather corresponding to my current mood.
