20 Anthropologie new arrivals I’m loving this morning

I always love the unique button details on items by Rosie Neira,
and the teal Lynes Sweater Coat ($198) seems sure to delight.

It’s a beautiful morning in Anthropologie’s new arrivals section, where sweater season is in full swing! Items like the Ranstead Cabled Cardigan ($148), Kotoia Mockneck Pullover ($148), Candy Dot Pullover ($128), Brindley Cashmere Cowlneck ($348, drooling) and Ambrose Knit Jacket ($118) have me debating over priorities in an already packed shopping cart. And that’s just in the sweaters new arrivals! From the last few days!

Inside, fourteen more new arrivals I’m totally loving…

Besides all the fun sweaters, I’ve noticed that the dress section is ever-more filled with items that take the feedback we’ve been giving over the last couple of years into account. And I think that’s wonderful! While the really fun holiday party dresses still haven’t made their debut (what are you waiting for, Anthro??!?) some hints of beautiful frocks to come are starting to drop. I love the Darla Tulle Dress ($158) above for it’s mix of materials — it comes in two color options, both of which seem destined for a fun winter night out dancing.

Then there are dresses that land on the more practical side, like the Seamed Boiled Wool Dress ($148) which could easily go from day to evening. The Turtleneck Swing Dress ($118) in neutral motif — the one that looks like waves — is another great work to date option and it would be great on the weekends as well! Then there are the just plain pretty dresses like the Photostat Floral Dress ($178). Even the model can’t hide her delight.

The Velvet Vertex Tank ($78) looks so soft and lovely from here, ditto the Pointelle Cashmere Shell ($198). I’m totally reveling in the understated fringe of both the Fringe Stripe Tank ($88) and the Fringed Wool Pencil Skirt ($728).

It’s a little dangerous to look at all the pretty boots right now. Standouts for me include the Miss Albright Fulton Knee Boots ($330) which can be worn either slouched or tall  and the Latigo Magpie Boots ($228). The socks that go underneath are just as cute! Hello, Openwork Over-The-Knee Socks ($20) and Chevron Stripe Over-The-Knee Socks ($30). The Guilhermina Gala Heels ($198) with their relatively low heels, have New Year’s Eve written all over them to me!

Just for fun, let’s end this post with a bag, specifically the buttery beautiful Niko Leather Satchel ($298) which seems ideal for work but not too large. There are tons of pretty new clutches and bags to drool over together, though.

What’s new to your must-have list this morning?
