anthro email: First dibs on June’s new arrivals!!

Anthropologie sent its anthro members a delightful treat earlier today: first dibs on June’s newest arrivals! Just one page this month of new items (and some items that aren’t so new but probably making an appearance in the new catalogue).

I’m loving the Circle-Swing Drops ($198), the Quincy Top ($158), the AG Stevie Slim Straight Cuffed Jeans ($198, my obsession with destroyed jeans continues…), the Mosaico Rosa Heels ($568, ouch), the Turquoise Sabbatical Necklace ($68), the Seapane Dress ($198), the Raphaella Booz Caro Heels ($148, perfect for dancing!) and the Synergy Tie-Dye Maxi Dress ($138).

I am not loving the Alexa Chung for AG Perfect Ribbed Tee ($118), even though it’s modeled by my favorite smug model! (I truly love her, she makes everything she’s in look amazing…I’d be smug too if I could do that!!) Is it made from the rarest cotton, retrieved by hobbits after a treacherous journey across lands afar? Nope. It’s poly-cotton-rayon. For $100+. Is the fit impeccable, made to magically make anyone look amazing? I dunno, it looks kinda FMO (for models only) to me. Ribbed? Not with this chest. Repeat after me Anthropologie: I will NOT sell tee shirts you could find at Old Navy for $9. I will NOT sell tree shirts you could find at Old Navy for $9…

What are you loving from this rollout? Not loving?
