Checking in with my overflowing Free People wishlist and shopping cart

Drooling over Free People’s Crosstown Patterns Tunic ($128), among many many other things.

Note: Anthropologie’s sale has gone an extra 25% off! Keep up with the discussion here.

Free People, you’ve done it again. Between your amazing FP Me community that shows how customers style your items (and give me plenty of ideas and inspiration) and your sometimes crazy but mostly appealing product shots, my wishlist is of course exploding as my cart is overflowing.

Though I am a winter baby who loves wearing layers I like to wait to place my Free People birthday order until their spring stuff comes out — when I see plenty of temptation via the upcoming warmer weather. I know it’s hard to imagine now for some parts of the USA (sorry, New England) it will be warm again at some point and inside is a lot of what I’ll probably be wearing.

Clothing, baubles and some killer shoes await inside…

We The Free Twist Back Tank ($78)
I envision wearing this and the Cotton
Sugar Wrap next door over my
workout gear come spring.

Secret Garden Top ($168) — beach!!

T-Back Structured Shell ($48)
OK this top is ridiculously cropped.
It will look great over the right dress!

Or a sleeveless top for a layered look.

Dreamer Stone Pendant ($38)
This necklace is ridiculously gorgeous
in person too. But beware —
reviews say it breaks easily.

Hierro Heel ($178)
I love, love, LOVE
this lace-up shoe style.
And the idea of wearing them with crops.

Goldie Dress ($139)

Calypso Dress ($148)
Have I mentioned that I have a great
fondness (weakness)
for pom pom fringe?!?

About Time Skirt ($60)
A simple skirt that’s easy to travel with
with a side-slit that’s not too revealing.
Thanks Free People!
I want to live in this thermal
aprรจs ski in the bunk house
and all winter long really.

This list doesn’t even include the stuff I love but know I could never wear — a list currently topped by the Clare de Lune Maxi ($168) and the Belle of the Ball Maxi ($500, love the blue!) from FP’s fun array of night-out dresses. Have you made any Free People purchases lately? What’s on your wishlist from there?

Early next week, a look at Anthropologie’s latest that made my wishlist.
