Do you have a question for an Anthropologie SA? Don’t want to ask in person? (Or can’t?) Wondering how a policy works, or if they get first dibs on the goods, or what some of their craziest stories are? It’s time to launch a new recurring feature on Effortless Anthropologie!
We have several Anthropologie employees in the community. A few of them have kindly offered to answer community questions on an anonymous basis. They’ve seen the confusion that sometimes breaks out in the comments over how a policy is applied, or why SAs give the answers they do.
I’m incredibly grateful to these helpful SAs for their offer! And I’m excited to see what kinds of questions the community has. Hopefully this post will encourage a healthy dialogue between community members. We’ll try it out and see how it goes. So if you’ve got a question ask in the comments! Please try not to use “guest” or “anonymous” as your commenter name — it’s just easier to refer to something a little more specific. We won’t be able to answer all the questions but we’ll get to as many as we can.
To begin I’ll plan on running the answer post every other week. If the volume of questions calls for it, the post may run weekly. So ask away and we’ll get started in the coming days!!
