Call for guest posts!

Calling all community members: Effortless Anthropologie is looking for guest posts to run next week and the week after! I’m going on vacation (to Mexico, cannot wait!) and rather than let the blog go dark I’d like to run a combination of my own pre-planned posts and some guest posts from you. I have so enjoyed the guest post series and I think this would be a great way to keep the blog updated while I’m away.

What can you write a guest post about? Plenty:
– product reviews (clothing, accessories or home)
– store impressions
– budget-friendly shopping (please keep it Anthro-focused)
– how to dress for your career/vacation/lifestyle (please keep it Anthro-focused)
– your own idea

If you’re interested in writing a guest post, please email me or click the “contact” link near the top of the blog to run your idea by me. All ideas must get clearance first.

It’s a great way to promote your own blog if you have one or exercise your own writing muscles. You’ll have my eternal gratitude as well as exposure on a blog that gets hundreds of thousands of hits each month. So what are you waiting for? An eager community awaits.

Another could be recent Anthro sightings on TV. Items have been popping up on American Idol, Glee, the Disney channel etc!!!

Hi Roxy, I think I added the "Mullion Tights" to my shopping cart from your wishlist. I ordered 3 items together and I thought it was funny that the tights were sent in a different shipment. Today I saw that it was delivered in NY… I think it was delivered to you! I know, I know you've said a zillion times for us to not to forget to change the address, but since the other items were correctly delivered, I don't know what happened. I wonder if you got these tights out of the blue… or did I order from someone else's wishlist? Can you email me if you got them? My email is marcelaosuarez at hotmail dot com.Thank you and SOOOORRY!

Kim, have you seen goldenmeans' posts on that very topic? I cannot believe how Anthro is everywhere all of a sudden. It's a bit disarming!!Marcela, I did receive your tights. Just sent you an email. 😉

Other t.v. characters with tons of Anthro clothing are Lily Aldrin (Alyson Hannigan) from How I Met Your Mother (CBS) and Annie Edison (Alison Brie) from Community (NBC). Practically everything they wear is Anthro.

No, I hadn't sorry, but it makes me feel better that other people notice it! (It makes me feel less obsessed) :)But I agree, it's shocking!! I've tried to research whether companies like Disney had made a deal with them for wardrobe, because all of a sudden it just started popping up everwhere!
