Hello Ladies! This is my first attempt at a review for Effortless Anthropologie. I’m relatively new to this blog community. EA has been very helpful for me so I thought I’d try contributing a review. So here goes.

For reference I’m 5’7″. My true size in tops is 4 or small. My bust size is 34B.

I headed down to my local Anthropologie Saturday to try on some new tops I’ve stalking online. The first top I picked up to try on was the affordably priced Tagalong Tee ($48) . I was immediately intrigued when I went to look for my size and saw that the top was sized as one size fits all. There are 3 colors available so I picked the turquoise. I’d say that the color is closer to mint than turquoise. After putting it on I noticed that it was a bit too long. The top is made of a cotton/nylon bend and hugs my every curve, which I didn’t care for since it made my tummy stick out. I think this top would be too small on a large chest. I like the cowlneck but I would definitely wear this top under a cardi to hide my tummy. I added it to my wishlist.

The second top I tried, Bee’s Favorite Blouse ($68), I had eyed in the window display on my way in. I liked the way it was paired up with a red Field Game Cardigan ($118) and the Above-The-Fray Skirt ($88). I love the print on this top and the red/turquosie/orange is a really nice color combination (true to the online colors). I picked up a small to try on. I was really hoping this top would fit better than it did. It was tight over my chest and very loose around the tummy. I also didn’t care for the tie in the back. I really love the collar on this blouse. Again I think this top would look nice under a cardi. Another wish list item.

Finally I tried on the Dewbud Tee ($88) in navy and small. I immediately fell in love with this top when I saw it. I really liked the fit on me. It was a little looser in the chest so I might consider sizing down to an extra small. I think the chest looks a little better on Roxy in her review. Overall it is a beautiful top. I think I would go with the turquoise over the navy. I may have to snag this one before it sells out!

Love the last top on you! I think you're right about trying the extra small because I'm a 6 and thought the small was a little big on me. I really wanted to like that second top (love the colors), but I'm losing hope since the reviews I've seen haven't been too positive. It looks cute on you though! I guess I just need to try it on.

Sounds like Bee's Favorite Top just runs small. I think Kim had similar issues. Although that bodes well for us non-busty girls! The Dewbud Tee looks amazing on you. I hadn't really considered that top before but between you and Roxy, I might have to try it on.Thanks for the review!
