If you were at an Anthropologie store on Sunday you may have noticed that the sale section had new items added. I heard some store associates saying as much and an email from Anthro has just confirmed it.
My take is hooray! The stores around here certainly seem to have a better selection than online. Strangely there has been a dearth of sale bags & jewelry in NYC. Not sure if I am just missing those items. Plenty of clothing and home goods though.
Is it worth making another trip? For die-hard Anthro fans, of course! But for the casual observer probably not. This does mean that if you haven’t visited the sale yet you’re not too late. So get thee to Anthropologie already.
Did anybody notice whether more home/kitchen things were added? I made it to an Anthro store last week (sadly I live fairly far from one) but that section was pretty much picked over. I'd make another trip if they've added to it!
yeah, i called an anthropologie, and they said that with a lot of spring, summer, and even pre-fall merchandise still in stock , the retail shops are doing massive mark-downs which will hit the floor tomorrow. not really sure if the markdowns have been already made or more will be made.. but i'm definitely making a trip tomorrow!

I was at the downtown SF one on Saturday and didn't see any new home items. It all looked the same, I didn't know they were putting out new things till the email today. Hmmm, I'll have to go back tomorrow I suppose!
