Email: Precious Cargos

Ah, cargo shorts. Endlessly useful; perpetually bulky. Anthropologie’s email blast yesterday celebrates utili-chic. My first reaction to the email was “is she wearing silk cargo shorts?” and yes she is. They’re the Wispy Cargo Pants ($118) and they’re pretty. The email leads to a specialty page. The other pair that caught my eye is the Superfluity Cargo Pants ($138).

Honestly though I am not a big fan of cargo shorts. When I need them I turn to American Eagle for quick, dirty and cheap. These surplus bermuda shorts ($40) are cute. Sorry Anthro, I’m cheating on you for this one.
