Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I was planning to run a reviews post today but the items I tried on still aren’t online yet…so I’ll be thankful for whenever they do show up and I can run the post! As you’re reading this I’m chilling with my dude and 4 friends on 34th St between Broadway and Fashion Ave waiting for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to float on by. We staked out the perfect spot last night (and saw this awesome message in lights) and headed out around 6 AM this morning. A bit later on we’re helping out at a local soup kitchen and then it’s back to my place for tryptophan catered by Whole Foods. We’re lazy and we’re bad cooks, what can I say? I did make an awesome pie though.
There’s so much to be thankful for in a rough year like 2009. The roof, the job, the crazy but lovable family, the building gym that I will be spending all weekend in. I’m also thankful for all of you reading along and chiming in here. Hope you have a wonderful day filled with as much or as little as you want. Happy Thanksgiving!

My alma mater's marching band is in the parade this year–I will certainly be cheering from my sofa!

Happy Thanksgiving! I was in the Macy's parade today as a banner carrier for the Team USA Jump Rope team! (My husband works for Corporate Macy's). It was so much fun! Hope you had fun! Looking forward to your upcoming reviews!
