I’m so excited to show off some of the outfits Anthropologie Portland Personal Stylist Eulalie and I created during my recent trip to the Portland Anthropologie & Co (which I just learned is what Anthro is calling its department store concept!).

Inside, more on this fun, effortless look…

The weather in NYC has been bouncing back and forth between cold and rainy and warm and sunny. Such is spring! A cooperative sunny day allowed me to capture these photos of the beautiful Cafe Dress ($158). I’m in love with this dress! It’s very figure-flattering and the colors and pattern are perfectly springy.

The bodice of this dress is quite form-fitting and the bust is challenging for larger chests. I’m a 32DD these days and feeling quite boobalicious in this, thankyouverymuch. This dress would not be work appropriate for me due to that, but it’s great for days out and about or dates.

I sized up to an 8 in the dress because of the bust issue. That’s pretty common for me with Moulinette Soeurs, but unexpected in Maeve! Anthropologie’s designs have been cuter and cuter recently so I want to give them kudos for that, but they are still missing the mark as far as flattering fits go. They’re not quite back to their usual.

This dress looks so cute with a denim jacket over it (white works well too, as styled in this post). And because of the soft yellow and brown colors, it pairs well with pretty much any color shoes, lipstick and nail polish. My heeled sandals here are Anthropologie exclusives from last summer that are long sold out, but I’ve chosen some similar options to complete the look in the links under the top photo.

One initial necklace, and one pair of fantastic sunglasses later, we’re off to the High Line for the rest of these photos…

Usha is back in one of her home bases NYC visiting from Singapore, and it was so lovely to see her and meet her son, little R! Usha is one of many friends I’ve met through this blog and it’s awesome to build friendships offline. It’s certainly a big part of the reason why I started out blogging…I’m hoping to set up a meet-up/shopping event in NYC very soon!!

If you’d like to work with an Anthropologie personal stylist, it’s super easy. Fill out this online form and then a stylist will be in touch with you…
