Oh ladies, it has been quite a morning. This tech geek locked herself out of her Win 7 laptop this morning and with no password reset disk I’ve been trying to crack my way back in since about 7 AM. So I’m glad there was no sale this morning!
Instead let’s officially mark yesterday’s online debut of the February catalogue which is just gorgeous. An email yesterday shared the news with a beautiful shot of the Ibos Tank ($68). The Sprinbok Benches on page 20 are amazing! Plus all the eye candy we saw last week. I’d love to know what your favorite item is! I tried on a bunch of new tops over the weekend in addition my dress reviews set from over the weekend. As soon as I can get back into my laptop reviews will be on the way…
In other Anthropologie news, if you follow me on Twitter I’ve been teasing a scoop I have: the location of Anthropologie’s first wedding boutique. If my tips are correct the community can guess the location of the first store — hints below.
I saw some advance photos of the line — called Beholden — that a community member ninja took and everything looks truly beautiful. There will be wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, jewelry and shoes! Some stores have the preview lookbook now. Anthropologie is having a preview event at their Philadelphia offices in a couple of weeks at which time the pictures will become public.
So — where is the first Beholden boutique opening? Here are two clues:
– It’s somewhere along I-10.
– The tallest building in the city where the boutique will be located is the JP Morgan Chase Tower.
Guesses? The answer shall be revealed soon.

Anthropologie’s wonderful community team emailed me the following information:
I saw your post and tweets about BHLDN and the location of a possible boutique. I wanted to let you know that a location is far from being confirmed and no leases have been signed. I’m not sure where you received any leads, but I wanted to give you the most accurate and up-to-date information for your community.
So the mystery continues to grow. My sources are reliable tipsters who’ve provided good information in the past though obviously the official word trumps all. Perhaps there is a chance yet for Chicago, Nashville, Dallas or one of the previously scouted spots. We shall see!
