Last Day for Extra 25% off Sale at Anthropologie plus some quick reviews

The Linen Ladder Lace Tank (now $50) is one recent sale pickup that I really love!
It runs TTS and has a slight flare at the bottom, making it good for curvy shapes.
I’m wearing it over this skirt with these earrings (also on sale) and this necklace.

Anthropologie’s website is letting us know that today is the last day to take an extra 25% off sale items! (No code required, discount applies at checkout.) Does this clear the way for a deeper sale discount to come tomorrow? I’m not sure, but I do expect something to come tomorrow — Free Shipping at the very least I’d think, and I’m guessing a sitewide 20% off promo for the long Labor Day weekend here in the USA, but that’s just a guess.

Inside, what I’ve bought and loved and outfit ideas for many of the items, plus some new stuff I’ve bought and loved with my 20% off survey discount so far…

As today is the last day, here are some sale pickups of mine that have been wins, all an extra 25% off:
Apricombre Necklace (now $40), Style No. 39925466 — wear with this necklace (also on sale) over this top (see it here)
Apricot Drops (now $30), Style No. 39851290 — wearing with this top (also on sale), this skirt and this necklace
Atoll Denim Dress (now $100), Style No. 4130581486055 — runs TTS, great transition piece for fall!
Beacheress Necklace (now $40), Style No. 38953675 — wearing it with this dress or this dress, both also on sale
Canopy Open-Shoulder Tank (now $50), Style No. 4110265418881 — a summer favorite of mine, I wear it often biking and on boat rides. Ran small through chest, so I sized up an 8. Wear with this necklace, also on sale.
Dayflower Dress (now $90), Style No. 4130089936951 — my go-to beach topper. Runs big, size down.
Embroidered Lace-Up Tank (now $50), Style No. 4110265415454 — another great fall transition piece; looks great with a pencil skirt, like this one, also on sale! Runs TTS.
Garten Bib Necklace (now $30), Style No. 39046370 — own in both colors! Wear the blue with this top (on me, also on sale) and the yellow with this top or this dress (both also on sale)
Gathered Stripes Midi Dress (now $100), Style No. 4130211621189 — runs TTS. Wear with this necklace, also on sale.
High-Tide Halter Dress (now $80, on me), Style No. 4130259831225 — runs small, size up. Wearing with this necklace and this one
Lia Tank (now $40), Style No. 4112292123991 — an easy throw-on for the weekend, runs TTS.
Linen Ladder Lace Tank (now $50), Style No. 4110259835212 — runs TTS, good on curvy shapes
Miss Albright Verra Pumps (now $110), Style No. 38367702 — I love, love the patterned version! Run TTS, all-day comfy.
Pilcro Chino Skirt (now $60), Style No. 4120581481011 — runs narrow around the hips, so I sized up.
Rose Rain Necklace (now $40), Style No. 39850441 — wear with this necklace (also on sale) over this top (see it here)
Senna Dress (now $100), Style No. 4130317999013 — when it’s hot as heck, this feels so good on! TTS.
Split-Neck Swing Tank (now $40, on me), Style No. 4110317995151 — runs TTS but WARNING shrinks in the wash! Air dry it to be safe. Wear with this necklace, also on sale.
Tombolo Vest (now $100), Style No. 4115202150169 — own and love this in green, the white would look great over black and grey come fall. On me here.

The Chanson des Fleurs Blouse ($88) runs true to size (TTS) and is the kind of item
I hope to find at Anthropologie!! Shown here with the Napa Lazer-Cut Leather Skirt ($198).

And from the new stuff, here’s some quick reviews on items I’ve bought or tried so far with the 20% off survey discount:
Aludra Posts ($38) — Purchased. I own these in both colors, they are the perfect touch of elegance for any outfit.
Bell-Sleeve Shift ($158) — runs TTS. Very pretty, my thought was to wear this to a wedding or for a nice date-night dinner.
Celestial Lace Maxi Dress ($178) — runs small. I absolutely love this, both for evenings out or casual wear with this jacket (runs TTS) over it.
Chanson des Fleurs Blouse ($88) — runs TTS. Absolutely adorable on! The lace + pattern is old school Anthro, and this top is beautiful. The flutter sleeve may be tricky if you don’t like your upper arms. Purchasing for sure this weekend.
Cropped Guerie Shell ($158) — runs TTS. These cropped shells don’t look right over pants because of my hourglass shape, but they do work very well with high-waisted skirts and over dresses.
Dara Vegan Leather Jacket ($188) — runs TTS. I adore the plum color, which will match extremely well with fall hues. I think this looks cutest over a maxi dress or a tie-neck blouse, but it can go with just about anything really.
Denim Swing Tank ($88) — runs TTS, purchased. Very comfy on, slightly swingy but not too much of a flare and a good length on my short-torso, long legs frame. I wear it mostly with a white skirt, and come fall it will be great with leggings. I wear it with this necklace and this one, as seen here.
Eden Eyelet Top ($118) — runs TTS. Not a top I would have picked for myself, this one looks great under a jacket! Styling idea here, shown with  this jacket (runs TTS).
Everitt Posts ($32) — Purchased. These pinky-sized posts are a cute yet funky exclamation point on any outfit. I own the grey, which are a medium grey with flecks of black in them.
Faravel Moto Jacket ($148) — runs small, size up. AKA The Sweaterstitch Moto Jacket and the Cypress Moto Jacket. Very versatile piece and the fabric makes it easy to wear with outfits both casual and dressy.
Fringed Chambray Buttondown ($138) — runs TTS. LOVED IT! Definitely long enough to be a dress on me, I’m 5’8″. But didn’t buy it yet, because I don’t need it. Very flattering fit once you add a belt. The unfinished hem keeps this from being a work piece for me except on super-casual Fridays.
Fringed Stripe Tunic Dress ($148) — size up, purchased. My everything dress — work, weekend, dates, it does it all! Very comfortable and good summer to fall length. Holds up great to sweat and running around. I like to wear this necklace with it, or these earrings.
Gallery Skirt  ($78) — buyer beware, this runs super small through the hips! I went up two sizes. Purchased. Lots of styling potential here, this top for sure and basically any top with a flared bottom! The color I bought is a lighter color that seems to be in-store only right now.
Grasslands Midi Dress ($138) — runs TTS. Very cute on, looks better belted or with a jacket or thick cardigan over it. Styling idea in this post.
Homestead Off-The-Shoulder Top ($88) — runs TTS, purchased (I did not find the sleeves tight as one of the reviewers did). Oh my god I love this top!! I will wear it over this skirt, as well as this skirt in a lighter lavender color that seems to be in-store only right now. (Both these skirts run super small! I went up two sizes because they are very narrow over the hips.)
Janie Halter Dress ($188) — size up. Beautiful and very curve-flattering, but unfortunately much too boobalicious for me. This dress is so gorgeous though, I love the idea Anthropologie!
Islander Off-The-Shoulder Top ($78) — runs TTS. One of my most-worn summer items. Looks great over a white skirt.
Lacework Shell ($78) — runs TTS. For those of us who liked the Scalloped Lace Tank ($68) but found it too short, this top fixes that issue.
Layered Fiona Pullover ($118) — runs TTS. SUCH a dissapointment. The torso is way too short if you have any kind of chest over an A cup. BOO Anthropologie. Boo.
Luciana Tassel Necklace ($58) — purchased. An easy outfit accent, lightweight so it doesn’t bounce around too much when I walk. I wear it mostly with this Zara dress.
Madera Maxi Dress ($228) — runs small through the chest. Sigh. I wanted to love this, but unfortunately with a 32DD chest the bodice is very, very short. Not particularly boob-friendly.
Meteor Shower Chandelier Earrings ($38) — Purchased. So cute! Look great with this dress.
Monogram Pendant Necklace ($38) — the gold is pretty and bright, and I own these in both my initial T and my boyfriend’s initial A (and yes sometimes I wear them together both for my inner 12-year-old and because I think wearing T&A at the same time is hilarious).
Patchwork Peasant Dress ($158) — runs TTS. Liked it but didn’t love it on; the lack of shape around the waist makes this look like a boring rectangle on me. The length is kind of fun through and it will look great with tights and tall boots come fall, especially with a waist-length jacket over it.
Ombre Droplet Necklace ($54)  — a cute, lightweight necklace that goes very well with scoop or v-necks. I wear it with this dress and the outfit listed at the very top of the post.
Paimpont Silk Dress ($198) — runs TTS, purchased. One of my favorite purchases from 2 years ago, I wear this to the ballet at least once every winter!
Pilcro Denim Skirt ($78) — buyer beware, this runs super small through the hips! I went up two sizes. Purchased. Worth it though — looks great with the outfit listed at the very top of the post.
Pizzo Tank — runs TTS. Super cute, but feels overpriced.
Secret Garden Bejeweled Studs ($38) — Purchased. These either make a great gift, or are great for those days when you can’t choose which color to wear.
Stone Sunset Bib Necklace ($78) —  Purchased. Looks good over dark red, like this dress.
Sweetwater Dress ($158) — runs TTS, but no shape around the waist can be tricky for curves. Inexplicably showing as sold out online. Looks best with a jacket over it, I also like it with this necklace. Styling idea in this post.
Zig Stripe Dress ($158) — runs TTS. Cute on, but the pattern placement of this motif was much better on the Gathered Stripes Midi Dress (now $100 + extra 25% off today only)

And because I know someone will say they miss reviews posts in the comments, I know, I know, believe me I know!! I have taken too many dressing room photos over the last 6 months and then not had time to cobble together the post. I need to recruit a new intern to help me out while work and life are so busy. I’m on it.

For now, this list above is the best I can do in the hopes of helping out people debating on purchases. I hope it helps at least a bit!
