Time for some pretty dresses

Sometimes all you need is a pretty dress, like the Finola Lace High-Low Gown ($698) perhaps?

Forgetting all the new arrivals madness for a moment at Anthropologie, let’s instead look at some pretty dresses together, shall we? It’s the perfect way to relax into the final evening of a long weekend.

I love a good tiered lace dress, and here is an ideal example in the Tiered Blush Midi Dress ($328).
I would wear this to one of the evening parties at the botanical gardens or the Brooklyn Museum.
I would pay anything if this dress weren’t viscose, but at least the Rose Dawn Dress ($238) is pretty to look at.
The Cadence Printed Maxi Dress ($198) makes me excited for my next tropical adventure!
What beautiful fit details on the Annella Trumpet Dress ($398)!
I’ve been loving the Printed Blouson Dress ($348) for awhile, and I hope it hits sale soon!
Just the right amount of tiers and ruffles await in the Florette Mockneck Dress ($158).

Here are a few more Anthropologie dresses that are on my wish list right now:
1 | The Toute V-Neck Dress ($158) is a soft, comfortable, flattering beauty.
2 | I just love the easy vibe and look of the Grecco Midi Dress ($118)!
3 | I own and love a dress from the same collection as the Yarn-Dyed Manteo Midi Dress ($350) — highly recommended!
4 | The new Gridway Crepe Shirtdress ($138) could easily play the part of work dress, layering cardigan, or spring jacket.

What pretty dresses are you loving right now?

The only one I have my eye on is the silk Amelie kimono dress by floreat which has completely disappeared from the website as well as Google yet I see it in stores. I hate when they do that.

I love that dress, pretty & light. So very summer and spring. The flared sleeves are very dramatic which I don't like because I'm a clumsy eater.

I just discovered Poshmark and I can't believe I never shopped on there before!! It's so nostalgic to find those classic Anthro styles that I fell in love with in 2008. I miss those statement necklaces and beautiful sweaters. Please go back to those days Anthro!

I am still extremely turned off by Anthropologie's latest offerings.

I do have the Printed Blouson Dress by Tracy Reese. I originally ordered it during black Friday; but, I returned it because Gilt had it for literally $100 cheaper! I think that Anthro is the only store that hasn't put this on sale. The dress IS fabulous (Silk + very flattering) by the way.

I do like the Rose Dawn Dress- but as you mentioned, it is Viscose so that's a $50 or less item for me..

Wow, they need to fire the whole lot and start over again. Where are they getting their marketing info that they think this is an effective approach?
