Checked Organza-Overlay Dress This dress is SO MUCH FUN from the front and back! I love the subtle ruffle in the skirt and the knee length. I sized up to an 8 in this dress. Pair it with a cropped blazer for work. |

Erin Contrast Dress NOT F&F eligible but on super-sale, and this dress does qualify for double Saks First points. The knit is simple and the front is fun. Very flattering shape. Runs TTS (medium). You could easily throw a sweater over this for work. |

Daveed Shift Dress A classic shift that’s perfect on straighter shapes but also works on curves. Hidden back zipper. Side pockets! The wool is fairly lightweight. Runs TTS (6). I’d wear a long cardigan over this for a chic work look. |

Burlesque Dress More of a holiday-season work dress, I love the color of the lace on this dress! It’s ultra-flattering on and fits TTS (6). You could wear a sweater over this for the workday, then be ready for cocktails or an evening event. |

Alexa Scuba Fit-&-Flare Dress Simple with an impeccable fit, this J Brand dress also has perfectly placed pleats. I was seriously impressed by the low-key elegance of this dress! Runs a little small through the bust but I stuck with my usual size M. |

Embellished Denim Dress This dress didn’t work on me because the bodice is cut short (too short even for my short waist!) but it would be ideal on a petite gal. It’s on sale and runs TTS (6). Wear a cropped cardigan over it at work and pair it with a simple pair of black or nude pumps. |
