Anthropologie launches a dress promo and offers free shipping!

Spring frocks like the Vera Silk Maxi Dress ($198) are now 25% off at Anthropologie.

Anthropologie has thown a new promotion into the mix, and this one has FREE SHIPPING on orders of $150+ too! For a limited time, take 25% off full price dresses and jumpsuits — no code required.

A lot of what I’d normally rely on Anthropologie for — fit-and-flare dresses for work and play, pretty work dresses, and beautiful vintage and Victorian-inspired casual dresses for example — are entirely missing from their current assortment. But there are some pretty frocks to be found.

Details inside…

The Gardenia Lace Column Dress ($168) is a beautifully made dress with a contrast base layer.
I recommend sizing up.
I picked up the Washed Layering Slip Dress ($78) during a previous promo and I find it delightful!
Works great under a denim jacket as shown here, or this Anthro fave.
The Jill Slip Dress ($138) is a beautiful, simple yet chic dress that’s easy to layer over.
I don’t know how it looks in real life, but the Artemisa Dress ($148) sure looks cute online!
The Abstraction Maxi Dress ($228) runs huge but is glorious on!!
I’m seriously thinking about making this my buy for this promo.
I bought the Kinsey Off-The-Shoulder Dress ($138) during a previous promo and I’m pretty happy with it.
The ruffle is not quite as big in real life, and the waistband runs pretty big.
It does look good on; some fit darts would have made it look even better!
Black Halo tends to run small so I’m not sure the All In Bloom Sheath Dress ($378)
would fit me, but I love this print!
The Avalonne Silk Dress ($188) is my top dress idea for some upcoming beach weddings
my boyfriend and I will be attending.

One dress that I tried that did not work out for me (sadly, I’m so bummed!) is the Gingham Off-The-Shoulder Dress ($158) which I found to be a total sack on. No shape whatsoever. Even the store Instas I’ve seen of this one haven’t been inspiring.

In addition to these dresses, I’m also seriously considering ordering this dress so I can see how long it is in real life (because I’m getting lots of questions about and I’m curious too!); this red tunic dress is another recommendation of mine (lovely on!) and this Cloth & Stone dresses is one of my faves! Though as I mentioned this morning, it’s also on promo at Bloomingdales

I would love to know what you plan to pick up, if anything, during this promo! I wish it were on tops or jewelry, two areas I think Anthro is doing OK in right now…glad there is Free Shipping now.

Hi Roxy! Great post. Question on the gardenia Maeve dress – I don't see the blue on the website and just the yellow. Where did you see the blue color? Thank you!

Not sure if anthro is “hiding” items but several of the dresses listed in the screen shot (malibu strapless, etc.) are not on the site – you get a “fiddlesticks” page. 🙁

The Odilia shirt dress appears to be hidden, too.

The Tularosa Elba dress looks interesting but why the heck can’t they show a decent photo of it straight on front and back?

Seriously, it ain’t rocket science to figure out how to show a dress online so people would take a chance on buying it. That would forestall returns if they just had measurements of the clothes, and decent pics the way Boden does.

I'm interested in the Tessa dress, but I refuse to pay shipping so I will pass unless I make it into a store during this promo.
