Programming note: Reviews will still run later today! The next post in my Building Your Workwear Wardrobe Series will now run on Saturday.
A new month is here! Anthropologie is wasting no time welcoming August. Today their website’s new arrivals section is chock full of goodies, including a bunch of catalogue preview shots. I no longer receive the catalogue in my mailbox each month so I missed July’s lookbook completely but August’s photos are unavoidably beautiful. Let’s take a look at some of the newest wishlist cravables!
This catalogue has plenty of romance and femininity — just what I hope for from Anthropologie! It seems as though the workwear is still pretty sparse no matter how much Anthropologie tries to convince me that a mini skirt is appropriate for the office. No matter though, what I’m dying over are the designs! I can only hope that these items fit as wonderfully as they seem to on the model. Time will tell! Wishlist additions aplenty for me, how about you?
I’m rather livid that this skirt is only 17.5″ long!
Were it 21″ or 22″ it would be perfection.
and Gingko Chandeliers ($38).
A few other non-catalogue items that caught my eye include the Lanvallay Dress ($178), the Adeline Dress ($178) and the Overtone Peplum Dress ($158).
PS – if you want to see some outtakes from the catalogue shoot check out this post on Anthropologie’s official tumblr.
