Latest Additions to my Anthropologie wishlist

Lovely prints! So glad to see dresses like the Barcelona Swing Dress ($188)
in Anthropologie’s Fall 2014 releases.

Slowwwwlllllyyyy, Anthropologie is starting to release some real fall delights. Which means my wishlist is overflowing. Which encourages me to visit the store more. Where I try on stuff. And hen review it! (More coming tomorrow.)

Before the reviews, let’s talk what’s landed on my wishlist in the last week or so. And then I’d love to know what’s been added to yours! Let’s all wish for a promo together. Free Shipping + something awesome…

It all starts with dresses for me. Really the only thing I need right now is a grey wool work dress. I’m all set with holiday party dresses and winter dresses already. But I could easily be swayed! Tracy Reese has been releasing all sorts of pretties this fall — I’m majorly bummed that the Sunrise Park Dress ($168) sold through so quickly and now I see that the Opening Night Dress ($188) is already sold out in my size! WHOA. SLOW DOWN EVERYONE. Save some Tracy Reese for me! The Efflorescent Dress ($398) has the classic Tracy Reese vibe I love.

Beyond the fab Ms. Reese I’ve noticed that a lot of Maeve dresses are suddenly online only…which I find quite odd. Like the Windowbox Shift ($148), which I really need to try on before I can decide whether I love it or hate it. Above are the newest dresses to my wishlist.

Why oh why is the Bea Ponte Dress ($158) petite only?!?! Darn you petites. Lucky ducks.

I’m pleased to see so many knee-length or near-knee skirts showing up in Anthro’s latest releases. Also delighted to see Leifsdottir bringing its A-game with pieces like the Quinn Lace Pencil Skirt ($138)…although the back might make it tough to pull of at work. I’m mainly loving grey this fall but red has been really alluring to me lately. Are you on board with red trend too?

I don’t wear vests very often but I adore the Salt Creek Vest ($198) — you need to check out the back. Likewise I’m all set on winter coats but good lord is the Amandine Coat ($688) ever beautiful. I have one closet filled to the gills with outerwear. Do I need to start another one?

Fall means boot season at Anthropologie and their assortment certainly doesn’t disappoint this year. I’m thinking about investing in a new pair of heeled tall boots and the Delaney Boots ($298) might get the win. I was also looking for a new pair of flat equestrian boots and got really lucky with this amazing Dolce Vita over-the-knee pair via Gilt. (I bought the espresso color.) Many equestrian boots seem to have cheap hardware to me but these look amazing! The calves even fit! A miracle of miracles.

I’m not very big on booties but if I were looking for a pair I’d go with these. Luckily Anthropologie has tons of cute heels to keep me occupied…like the beautiful Aquazzura knockoffs by Sam Edelman that come in navy. LOVE! And of course they are sold out in my size. Perhaps I’ll console myself with the Tartan Pumps instead…

Another area where Anthropologie is getting back into its A-game is jewelry. Good lord is my jewelry wishlist ever overflowing! I know that statement necklaces with bright, bold colors are hip right now. They don’t really do it for me. I like dainty and delicate, or dark and jewel-toned, or classic gems like pearls or diamonds. (Costume versions work for everyday wear in my book.)

Above, the latest gems I want to add to my jewelry chest.

What’s caught your eye recently from Anthropologie? What should I try to hunt down for my next reviews?
