Guest post by Maria: Baby bump Anthropologie outfits

Hi! I’m Maria and I blog over at Dainty and Decadent.  I’m also pregnant with my first child, a little boy!  I’m due in July which thrills me that I’ll be nine months pregnant in the middle summer…in Florida.  That’s right, I said Florida (don’t let my paleness fool ya!).  I’m a full time attorney which also means that yoga pants and t-shirts (the only thing I want to be wearing) is just not work appropriate.  I started my pregnancy thinking that I would stay away from purchasing any and all maternity items as long as possible.  Well, this baby decided to grow and grow larger very quickly which meant that I needed at least a couple items to get by.

Here are two Anthro looks (weekend wear and work attire) that have been pretty standard for me lately.  I love LOVE empire waists because not only is it comfortable around your waist but it shows off the belly!  Unfortunately, Anthropologie does not have a maternity line; however, there are many maternity friendly items.  In fact, as soon as the Duo Colorblocked Tee goes on sale, that bad boy is mine!  I put myself on a shopping ban but I’ve been waiting awhile for it to go on sale so I’ll make an exception.
I’m half way through my pregnancy so I’d love any suggestions on how you lovely ladies have styled your belly through your pregnancy!  Thank you for having me and I hope you’ll stop by Dainty and Decadent sometime and say hi 🙂
