NWOT Leifsdottir Pen & Quills Blouse (pics here, here), size 10; armpit-armpit: 21.5", length: 26". Purchased on ebay. The seller removed the Leifsdottir label so I'm not sure if it really is a size 10. If it is, then it runs big. The label with RN# 66170 (Anthro) is still attached. It also doesn't have the bow like the product shot shows on the neckline applique. I don't know if it really came with the bow or not. This was an online exclusive item. $25 shipped.
I don't think this was sold at Anthropologie, but it's Leifsdottir:
