How great is this? Well, usually I don't do their jewelry because the quality is like Russian roulette, but it's great to see that there are more markdowns. Thanks for posting it, Roxy! Hopefully some ladies out there will get the shoes they absolutely need. The volume of this sale does seem bigger to me than normal, despite earlier griping.

  2. May 19, 2010 / 12:13 pm

Roxy, you are the best! Thanks for all the hard work creating these lists!

  3. May 19, 2010 / 12:34 pm

Roxy: thanks. I had just noticed that some shoes I had on my wishlist were marked down. BTW: in the Coclico shoes in general, how do you find they run sizewise?

  4. May 19, 2010 / 12:37 pm

You are great Roxy! Thanks for doing all that you do!

  5. May 19, 2010 / 12:38 pm

Anon – LOL! I agree about the jewelry. I have so many nice pieces from Anthro that I'm cool with it, but it's annoying when some plastic toy arrives in the mail. Julia – anytime.Bronzi – Coclico is true to size for me; so what's labeled as a 9 fits like a 9 to me.

Roxy you are absolutely awesome…thank you so much:)My plaza cardigan got cancelled by the way:(

  7. May 19, 2010 / 1:19 pm

Thanks for posting this roxy! I hope people have more luck today. I was sad yesterday to see how many peoples' orders got cancelled!

  8. May 19, 2010 / 1:23 pm

wow what a nice surprise! Thank you Roxy! You're the best!

I've been stalking the Rear Window Heels forever. I ordered them this morning at home before leaving for work. And I am glad I did! My size 6.5 is sold out!

  10. May 19, 2010 / 2:22 pm

Roxy – do you know of any way to stop the page redirects on sold out items?

  11. May 19, 2010 / 2:41 pm

plum – boo! You should check the other sale thread, I remember someone in a warm weather climate saying their store had plenty of Plaza cardis.lleila – I don't know of a way to stop them sadly. The best thing I can suggest is that if people are willing to make their wishlists public you can see popbacks that way.

  12. May 19, 2010 / 2:45 pm

Those Solar Knot Sandals have been in my cart for AGES..of course they sold out of 7.5, so I am crossing my fingers the 8s fit!Thank you so much, Roxy!

The Moonrise Necklace also moved to sale last night! I'm excited because I ordered it on Tuesday morning with my sale items, so now I'll get a (very small) PA 🙂

  17. May 19, 2010 / 6:02 pm

Speaking of popbacks, my wishlist is showing a popback of the Night-Blooming Dress, size 14.

  18. May 19, 2010 / 7:19 pm

found a few pairs of side by side flats @ the Wayne, PA store for $50. also noticed that they had the blue speckled ink in a M and S and 2 XS and 1 S cartography cardis.

  19. May 19, 2010 / 7:39 pm

natasha – just called and they told me they don't have it. thank you anyway! 🙂

Not Anthro related but I know endless carries some of the shoes the also carry, I just got an email from Endless to take 20 percent off using the code MYFRIEND valid until May 20. I just wanted to pass it on.

  21. May 19, 2010 / 8:18 pm

sorry D! i was just there around 1:00pm, i'm suprised anything would be gone so quickly…the store wasn't that crowded! 🙁

  22. May 19, 2010 / 8:33 pm

natasha – do you remember what size(s) they might have been? I'm not sure if the SA really looked – it felt like she just wanted to get off the phone. thank you for keeping an eye out for us!

  23. May 19, 2010 / 8:43 pm

i remember picking up a 7, (i purchased one of the pairs an 8.5) and i think there were 2-3 other pairs and i'm sorry but i forgot to check sizes! i am not suprised b/c they seem to be pretty lazy about that kind of stuff @ that store. they also had quite a few pairs of the green heels (can't remember the name) that were the same style as the purple ones from last fall…and one pair of the chie mihara white dot heeled sandals…huge shoe selection!

Does anyone know if the silver pessinus garden necklace went on sale? It's not on the website any longer.

  25. May 19, 2010 / 9:35 pm

natasha – ahh when I called, I asked for a 7 and when she came back and said they didn't have it, I asked what sizes were available (out of curiosity) and she told me they did not have a single pair. Now I don't think she checked at all. Maybe I'll call back in a bit and hope I get someone different. 🙂 BTW, would you say they fit TTS? Thanks!

  26. May 19, 2010 / 10:58 pm

yeah, i am usually an 8.5…the heel is a tad bit on the stiff side but i think they will wear in a bit. 🙂

In order to do a price adjustment, does the item still need to be in stock on the website (online purchases) or in stock in any store (in-store purchases)? I noticed that something I purchased online is out of stock on the website, but the price was reduced. Also, is it considered bad form to always get price adjustments if you notice your past purchases frequently go on sale within 14 days? I know returning and rebuying is viewed very negatively (I'm not brave enough to even consider asking an SA to do that) but I don't know if frequent price adjustments are considered bad etiquette by stores. I don't shop all that much so I apologize if this is a really silly question!

  28. May 19, 2010 / 11:34 pm

Anon @ 5:34 – it's still full price.Anon @ 7:28 – A couple of times CS has refused to PA for me if an item is out of stock on the website. In those cases I just went to the store, where they were happy to help me. If you don't live near a store I'd pick the "closest" one to you and call them.In my opinion it's not poor form to seek out price adjustments if you're within the 14 day window. Anthro does it in the hope that you re-spend that money with them later.

  29. May 19, 2010 / 11:41 pm

Oh wow! Thanks for this list. I was not expecting more sale. I wish they had the post stencil flats in black (since they have them in that color on endless) cause I love them but don't need another pair of silver flats. What to do?! Sadly, they have no reviews so picking a size would be risky.

Roxy,Thanks for the quick response! I didn't even think you could do price adjustments for online purchases in a store. Thanks for the etiquette lesson too 🙂 It's true, I would inevitably just re-spend the refund on more things at Anthro anyway.

I wonder if they are gonna do second cuts? Does anyone know what day they do them on? Also, someone in comments said there's a way to see online how many of an item is in stock. Am I imagining things? How do you figure this out?

  32. May 20, 2010 / 2:22 am

Thanks Roxy for the update!I love the white wedges! Do you know what brand it is? I'm a size 10 but the online store doesn't carry the size anymore. Have you seen the wedges at a NYC store? Thanks!!

  33. May 20, 2010 / 2:33 am

Melissa I have no clue! I was trying to figure out what brand they are so I could research competitive prices. I will update once they get here. 🙂

  34. May 20, 2010 / 2:33 am

Oh and no I have not seen them at any of the NYC Anthros unfortunately.

  35. May 20, 2010 / 3:52 am

Anon @ 8:58 – I'm not sure how others are checking how many of a given item are in stock, but here's my strategy:After I add an item to my wishlist, I adjust the quantity of items desired from "1" to "5" (or some larger number). Then, if my wishlist says "out of stock," I reduce the quantity of items desired until my wishlist starts saying "in stock." I don't know how accurate this method is (we've all had experiences where the website says that something is "in stock" and then CS cancels our order) but it's a good way of gauging whether you should pull the trigger immediately or whether it's safe to wait until sale/next paycheck/warmer weather.

  36. May 20, 2010 / 6:03 am

Thank you so much for posting this! I got the super cute (and hopefully comfy) Architecture Tour Sandals!

Is anyone looking for the Equinox Calling dress? I found one for myself and also a sz 14 in Bellevue. It was yesterday night. They also had a few Plaza cardigans and one Fragrant Valley dress in their sale room. I am looking for the Parted Petals Cardigan sz large. I ordered it a couple of days ago, received an email saying that it was backordered, then received another email that my order was cancelled. What a pity, such a cute cardigan! If anyone knows about a sz large of this cardigan, could please contact me at marcelaosuarez at hotmail dot com?I was forgetting, I also saw those pale pink maryjanes called "Tulip slingbacks", sz 40 or 41 in Bellevue.

Hello, I'm another fan of the side-by-side flats. If anyone sees a pair in a 7, I would greatly appreciate the shout out, please. Also, I have a Globe Raisin top in a small that I am about to return, if anyone is interested. I bought it for $39.95 + shipping. Cheers,Michelle
