After all the drama with my Fifth Form Shift, I was able to get a PA bc when I rec'd the last charge send it was charged exactly 14 days ago!!! Whoo hoo!Ladies, just remember if you are doing a charge send, have the SA check for working zippers. Last week I noticed one of the Fifth Form Shifts I returned to the store bc of a broken zipper back on the sales floor for FP! I commented to the SA about it but not sure what happened. Nothing is worse than lusting over an item and then finding out it's defective! Have fun shopping!! And thanks again roxy- you're amazing for hosting and posting!!! 🙂

Ok seriously.I've ALWAYS been able to shop the sale by adding sale items into my cart on the US website and then switching over to the Canadian website. All of the items would still be in my cart on the sale price. Now NONE of the sale prices register on the Canadian website. I am so disappointed in the Canadian site. Not only do we not get sales, but we're hardly getting ANY of the new arrivals that you guys are getting 🙁 I'm pretty bummed out. Sorry, just had to vent.
The Carved Celedon Heels are $89.95marked down from $168.They are not "on sale" for $190 in case anyone was looking to purchase them. An uncrease in price is definitely not a sale. lol.
Carly – perhaps you could ship to a friend in the US and have her/him ship it to in Canada? I know shipping costs will add up, but perhaps the sale prices will make up for it.

The amount of times I want to order things adds up quickly, and I think it may get a little annoying for other people to constantly have to help me out with my Anthro addiction! Oh, just my luck. A killer sale when I'm broke as a joke thanks to a move. Too many dresses from my wishlist are on sale but my size 14 naturally, was wiped out. Here's to hoping that the Grasslands Dress in a 12 will work.

5th Avenue NYC has several of the sale items still marked full price and not on the sale rack. Check the racks at the front of the store for the Ring of Roses tank, and the Lunar Eclipse top, and likely a couple more than haven't been marked down yet. I showed them that the Ring of Roses was $39.95 on the site using my phone and they gave me that price. They have only one Corsage Twirl Dress in a Size M and just one Cooling Magma left in a 12.They have at least four Wright dresses ($89.95) on the sale rack as well. Not sure what sizes.I also managed to snag a blue plaid Reed in a size 2 from the sale rack! Score. I picked up the Force Field corset and a Ring of Roses tank, and also a ruffled tank from months ago that was $9.95, originally $78. Not a bad trip.
….and there goes the Fragrant Valley Dress in my size….I didn't really need it anyway, right? *sighs*

Just got back from the Rockefeller store, and lucky it was still pretty quiet..here's what I saw:1. Two Paths Trench – they only had a few, sz 2, 4 & some larger sizes2. Fiber Optics Dress – they had quite a few, sz 2+3. Cooling Magma Dress – they also had quite a few, sz 2+I snagged the only 0 (that I saw) in the Two Paths Trench and Fiber Optics Dress. They also restocked the blue Speckled Ink Dress; looked like all sizes, but I didn't check.
Anyone have any leads on the All Seasons Shirtdress in Navy, size 2? Is it still out there? Thanks.
Rockefeller also had the Carved Celadon Heels on display (and marked down), but I don't know what sizes are available.

carly.try checking out with a different country's cart. then, while on the fifty one information page, you only have to switch to canada and they will ask if you want to switch the currency. It works all the time. Concerning the new arrivals that are "not internationally shippable", anthro's CS explained to me that it's because of the product number. Right now, they are only able to ship those with 6 numbers, not the ones with 8. How dumb! I hope this was useful. I'm from Quebec, and I couldn't live withtout anthro! I hope they will soon fix the problems they have with the canadian website!

On price adjustments actually, I have a few questions maybe you ladies can answer since I've never done it before. Can you call CS to get a price adjustment on an item you bought in a store (having them look up your history with your Anthro card) or does it have to be done in person at the store? I've never called CS for a price adjustment, but have done it at the store a few items, and it's been a breeze each time. You just need to bring in your receipt.
Alissa if you bought in-store your best bet is to call the store directly. Make sure you have your receipt handy as they will ask you for the transaction ID, which is towards the bottom of your receipt. Also, you should try to call around opening/closing as the stores are likely to be busy mid-day. Any other PA tips? I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

How long does it take for Anthropologie to process and ship out orders usually? I placed an order last week and I still haven't received a shipping notification 🙁 This was with the Canadian Anthropologie, if that makes a difference.
I just made an order on the website and wasn't charged for shipping. My order was barely over $100 so I don't think there was a minimum. Is this a fluke or has anyone else noticed this today?
The Richmond, VA store had several NYNY dresses (didn't check sizes) and Wright Dresses in all sizes, 2-12. I think there were some Fragrant Valley Dresses, too. They had plenty of stuff that went to sale online, but that had not (yet?) been marked down in store, like the Aniseed Skirt. Happy Tuesday!
The Palo Alto, CA store didn't get the memo on some of the sale items – just went to get the Bouquet Of Stripes Tee and it was still marked as FP on a table near the back of the store (sizes XS, M, L). The SA she said they'd been having this problem all day today, so maybe they might have some things in stock still b/c they're still sitting out on the floor and not the sale section. I saw a pair of Ringsend heels in the peach color, size 8.5, marked down to $40 about two hours ago at the Seattle U. Village Anthro. They're in a bin in the small room next to the sales racks. I wasn't planning on it, but I ended up with the Fifth Form Shift because they happened to have my size. I'm amazed at how nice it looks on!
Molly I have not tried on the Spring Tide Cops, but I have tried on Daughters of the Liberation before and they are consistently true to my pants size for me. Hopefully that helps a bit.

Sometimes stores mark down the last few remaining items of a certain style so they can get rid of them and make room.BTW, Ringsend Heels are currently showing up as $19.95 on the Canadian website! Customs and shipping fees are insane but it's still an awesome deal. At that price, I'm getting a pair in each colour 😀 If it turns out that the Ringsend heels are still regular price for you Americans, I'll be happy to grab a bunch and ship them to anybody who's interested.

Victoria – Palo Alto, CA had one All Season Shirtdress in yelllow in an 8 around 11am on the sales rack. They also had sizes 10 & 12, plus the cream version of it (not sure which sizes).

Anon, it seems that customs/shipping gets lower if I buy more pairs of shoes, so it will depend on how many people take me up on my offer 🙂 If I add your shoes to my current order, it will be $31.50 CDN + whatever shipping to you is. I've shipped shoes from Canada before, and I believe it was around $11. So it would be approximately $42.50…not really worth it unless the heels are still regular price in the US. If they're on sale for $40, you're much better off grabbing them for that price.Also, I live near the US/Can border and I do need to make a trip down soon to collect some items from my mailbox…if shipping shoes to you from the US is less expensive, I would be willing to do that as well. Anybody know how much it costs to ship shoes within the US?

Regarding the Ringsend Heels: I believe the $40 sales price is in stores only. So if you can find your size, grab 'em! Does anybody know what the exact rules for price adjustments are? If you bought the Ringsend Heels online for regular price and went to get a PA instore (or by calling a store), would you get the PA for the sales price? I don't mind helping anybody out if I can, but if you can get the Ringsends for $40, it ends up being less expensive than having me ship them to you because of customs and shipping fees. Quick question: I need to make an online return but I can't find my invoice. I have the plastic bag it came in, which has all the barcode stickers and I do have an Anthro card but lately it hasn't been picking up my orders. Will I be able to return with just the plastic bag or should I print out order info from online? Thanks.
I've returned an online order to the store with the invoice printed from my account (when I left the packing slip at home), and once an online order didn't include a packing slip so I called CS and they emailed me one and I printed that out to return. Both ways, I didn't have any issues, just a slight hesitation from the SAs, probably because the numbers are located in different locations.
@Beth: I'd bring both the printout and the bag. If you had just the bag, they could look up your invoice using your Anthro card #, but a prinout of the invoice makes it easier on the SA and the return goes faster.@Victoria: aww, sorry. 🙁 Hope you find it!@Boom: wow, nice scores on Tulle day! They have this deal early every month – typically $80-100 items selling for around $4 – but they sell out quickly, and everything is final sale. I also got about 5 things for $20 incl. tax & shipping. Yay for cheap thrills. 😉

This seems weird since it just came out (and the top is still full price online), but the Rose Mallow tank was marked down in the San Francisco store. I bought one today for $49.95, and it's $118 online! I bought a 2 and saw at least a few size 4s, so there may well be other sizes.As of around 11 am PST, SF also had:- 2 Wright dresses (both size 12)- 2 size 4 Two Paths Trenches – Some All Seasons Shirtdresses (be careful, though – I tried on a cream size 4, and it was damaged, but the tag didn't reflect it, so an SA could miss it on a charge-send)

I would have bought more but Soho's sale section was really depleted.Karazy – I find that items that sell out on Tuesday usually pop back the following Monday after returns, inventory updates, etc. So check the site again on 5/10. ok this is totally OT but anyone else have two different styles of "shopping bag"? One I can access the remaining stock in and is mostly on the left hand side of my screen, and the other is in the center of my screen. I prefer the first type, and it's totally random mas to which type of bag I will get when I log in. Help!

I have this issue too jcrewlover! One is the "old cart" view which has your saved items across the bottom fully viewable and one is the "new cart" which is rich HTML and has just expandable photos of your saved items. I MUCH prefer the old cart though I agree it seems to be random which one I get. I'm sure it's actually cookie-based.
Jcrewlover – I have had the same issue! There is no rhyme or reason as to which shopping bag I get, and it's SO frustrating! I prefer the one where the items are mostly in the center of the screen, myself (I find it easier to shop my "Saved For Later" list, for items that are still in stock no longer showing up on the site), but it just drives me nuts that I never know which one I'm going to get.
Today I got the Arribada Current Dress – I called CS about it and they will give me 30 bucks refund since it's 69.95 in stores yay! I love that dress I've been watching it for a while now, the Claudine Tee, Modiola Bracelet, Alata Earrings. I resisted the Whorled Roses Tank and Stratus Cloud Top for a while even on sale two weeks ago but caved today because I like them both.

Not sure if anyone's still looking, but there were a few fifth form shifts at the Mesa, AZ store tonight — pretty sure I saw a 0, maybe a 4, a 10 and one more. They had the slate stripes shift in an 8 too, which I had to struggle not to buy. Their sale room is tiny and was seriously stuffed with items, including a ton of denim.Also, I'm not sure if this is old news, but if you see the swirled villages dress around, it's been marked down to $20 so it's an awesome deal now.

May be only a coincidence, but right after I disabled the Flash plugin to test a website, I started to get the new cart view at Anthropologie website.I was at the University Village store in Seattle today. A little off-topic, but hopefully no one minds:I'm trying to determine the brand of a shirt I found yesterday at Anthro and would appreciate your input. I can't tell what the brand is because the tag doesn't have words. I asked the SA, and she didn't know. Anyway, the tag is white/off-white and has a light-blue print on it. Does this sound familiar to anyone? It's bugging me that I can't figure out who makes this item. (The item itself is pretty nondescript – it's a long-sleeved, white, v-neck, soft cotton shirt with small blue detailing around the neckline. Ok, I had to tell you guys this because I knew that if anyone had advice it would be you ladies. I went to Anthropologie today to pick up the Today and Tomorrow skirt after it went on sale for 39.99 yesterday. I go to the store today and it is located next to other full price items. I thought it would be worth a shot to ask the sales associate if I could get the online price and she said sure. They looked it up online, and said it was sold out. They said I coudl show them my online cart or wish list. I go to show them these and it said I don't exist online which is insanity becaues I have about a bizzilion items in both at the moment. They said if I could print out the picture and bring it back they would be happy to give it to me. I just went online and what do I see the website has changed the price back to $78. I am so confused. What do I do now?

Kimsiomkos,Just had a similar experience at the Columbus store. I noticed several sale items that weren't in the sale section. Spring Tide Crops and Lale Skirt and a few others. I purchased the crops and figured they would honor the sale price but they said they couldn't. They said they had emailed the home office about it but hadn't heard back. They said it was a new policy and "fresh cuts" online woulnt be on sale in the store. Now that I look at the "fresh cuts" they were essentially all marked down at the store. I don't know about the Spring Tide Crops–I think they're sold out online which is why I bought them hoping to get a PA. Do you have to be at the same locaton to get a PA?
Jenna, Sorry to hear you are having issues to. I have never done a PA yet, but I would think it would be ok to get an adjustment at any store? I called Customer Service about the skirt situation and they said they would honor the price for me by phone order. I hate paying shipping when I know the skirt is 5 miles from my house. Bad news – I went to the store for a PA and the item came up full price. The SA could not find it online so the she called. Apparently many of the items on sale yesterday were a mistake. There was some type of glitch so they have been removed or put back at full price. The stores are not supposed to honor the sale price for those items. If you were lucky enough to score those items online, good for you. If not, we'll just have to wait until they really are supposed to be on sale.
Anon @ 8:35 – Was that Blazing Rays marked down any lower than $79.95 since the hook was missing? I want it bad, but that hook was necessary to keep the girls in place. Thanks for the heads up!!!

Hey maybe someone can weigh in…two items have been posted to be on sale are not. The ring of roses tank is not on sale ???? Also the today n tomorrow skirt (aka alena skirt scenario #2) has been pulled from the website and is not for sale "manufacturers recall" I am so upset by this BC I found a store who has this dress but it is full price. If anyone can tell me if they see odille today n tomorrow skirt (solid blue and greenish front-pleated skirt that is not the alena skirt but often shoved in together on the racks with it)…. Chelsea Market NYC had a TON of the sale items people look for and the sale room was void of people.They had:- Tartan Tieback, Size S- that Fei blouse with the hot air balloons- the Corey Lynn Calter capelet dress (the size 4 I tried on was marked down to $20!)- several openwork vines skirts- at least 5-7 wright dresses- castle lake dresses- sunray medallion dresses- australorp blouses- a ton of the fragmented pipevine dress- several around the world dresses- 5 or 6 cooling magmas- several blazing rays- they also had a bunch of this multi-colored Maeve dress for $30 that I can't remember the name of. They had at least ten of those. I tried it on and it was cute but a bit too short for me (I'm 5'8'').Didn't have time to jot down any sizes on these, but hope it help with leads.Anyway, if you are looking for any recent sale items, particularly dresses, I would definitely call the Chelsea Market store in NYC. Well, I happened to order it this afternoon as I had another item I needed to exchange for size. The CS person I spoke with said they'd waive the shipping fee for the exchange (!) and then asked if I wanted to add anything else to the order. Umm…free shipping?? I certainly do!!! So, I ordered the Omnipresent Skirt as well as a top I'd previously purchased, then returned, and now want again since it's on sale. I hope the skirt is not too snug on me – tight skirts don't exactly work with my mommy-of-two lifestyle… But, as you said, it will probably stretch.Thanks again for your help!

I saw that the Lunar Eclipse Top is back at full price online…so strange. It was never marked down at my anthro but I was able to get my anthro to match the sale price when it on sale online.
