Ah, it’s Monday night and you know what that means — time to guess which items will go on sale tomorrow. This week should be a home-oriented week. I’m also hearing mumblings about possible second markdowns in the clothing section, which would be awesome. Can’t say for sure which items will and won’t make it so I thought it would be fun to take some educated guesses. This post is no guarantee that any of these items will actually be on sale come tomorrow. What are you hoping to see? What do you think will/won’t go on sale?

If it were up to me, some of the new arrivals would go on sale so that I could put them in my closet ;)but seriously, I think the fairy cake dress and glasshouse dresswill hit sale shortly and maybe the photomontage dress. It feels like they've been on the website forever.

I know that this is something I should totally know – but what time do the new postings of sale items usually hit? I always check on Tuesday morning but I think most of the really good stuff has been bought up by you Anthronistas already.
Lisa, the site updates around 9 AM EST. However, items on your wishlist start showing up around 3 AM EST.
Oh, how I would love for the From-the-Green Cardi and the Prairie Rose Cardi to go on sale! My store restocked the Prairie Rose Cardi recently–doesn't that sometimes happen before a markdown? Perhaps just my wishful thinking. 🙂 I'd love for the Dwarf Quince Cardigan to hit sale too. I just bought it and wouldn't mind a PA. Lord knows I'll just use the money to buy more Anthro!

i dont think the dwarf quince card will go on sale this week bc i have never seen it in any of the stores near me til this last wkend. now i have seen full racks in like 3 stores. maybe i am wrong. i hope so bc i was totally hoping it was ready for a markdown.
I agree that this week's sale – if there is one – will be home oriented. In which case, I would love for some of those cute dishtowels to go on sale. Also, some loungewear in a first or second cut, would not be too shabby…
I had the deeply discounted Professoressa (sp?) jacket in my cart this weekend and I totally would have bought it, but the international checkout wasn't working! Anthro has not done right by me lately. Hence, I am not interested in the sales this week.I lie. (:
I think the Hue unfolding cardigan will go on sale (had the 10 dollar cut at the soho store which is usually a positive sign). Also think the tiny tucks tunic will be there as well.

I'm expecting that it won't be a big sale week for anything. I feel like there's usually one week per month where there are just a few small updates from shoes/accessories but no major clothing or homeware…Anthro, prove me wrong! P.S. I'd be really happy if the Embroidered Thicket Blouse went on sale because I just ordered one online.
Roxy,I would like the Submerged necklace to go on sale. (the one with the octopus). I know that it is not on the website anymore, but I was in 2 of my local Anthro's this weekend and each store had at least 8 in store. How would I know it's on sale if it is no longer online? Do I just have to go to the store to see if it makes sale?
the canadian website is having tons of problems! i hope we won't loose it as we did with urban outfitters'! many many items aren't "shipable internationaly" anymore… i'm worried for the future sales…
Clara, sorry to hear about your website troubles. 🙁 I don't have a solution unfortunately but I can tell you that Anthro is currently upgrading their inventory system and my guess is any issues are temporary and related to those systems upgrades.You might want to shoot customer service an email. They've been very helpful every time I've contacted them.

Question for anyone who can answer;I live in a state with no Anthro so items that are sold out on line, I always do a charge and send. But what happens when I want to do a P/A, can I call and do it over the phone or do I have to bring the receipt to a store?The reason I'm asking b/c I tried to do it over the phone and the SA wouldn't allowed.Thanks
I saw your price gouger post too Roxy — LOL, I totally agree. So infuriating!Annie — I'm surprised the SA refused you. There should be a number on the bottom of the receipt that you can read off to someone at the store which will allow them to look up the transaction. I've never had to do it myself however, so I don't know for sure.

Noticed a couple of markdowns in the home section (India Ink Bedding, Nest Haven Chandelier). For the best, I don't really have the funds for any of the clothes that I'm waiting for–even if they went on sale–but I still might no be able to resist.
Sorry about the typos in the above post–but I waited up until 3:00 am to see sale section updates (yikes!).
Just an FYI- Plenty by Tracy Reese is on Gilt Fuse starting at 9am if anyone had items they were looking for.. the deals are generally pretty good 🙂
