I got my birthday card in the mail last week. And it looked exactly like the one in that post. So cute! I am actually wearing the candle necklace right now since my birthday is in about 30 min 🙂
Hi Roxy – I lost my anthro card a few weeks ago – I emailed them for a replacement card and got one with the exact same acct number on the card (there is that option on the anthro card website). HTH. Your blog makes me happy : )

Pixelant and anonymous, I am patiently (well, not really) awaiting my birthday discount to arrive from Anthro. My birthday is in 19 days, but I want to shop now!
Roxy I hope you find your anthro card!! Good to know they can replace it easily.Question…when should the birthday discount arrive? Before your birthday month begins or sometime during the birthday month? My birthday is in December and I havent received it yet, which typically wouldn’t concern me – but my sisters birthday was in August and she never recevied the discount (even after emailing with CS who said they would straighten it out). If mine should have already arrived I want to start working with CS now so I can get the discount asap! 🙂
Thanks Anon. 🙂 Just to confirm are you an anthro member? Birthday cards are only mailed to anthro members. I would give the card until the 10th. If it doesn't arrive by the 10th then contact CS. If you're feeling patient (a word I don't know the meaning of) you can wait until later this month, explain to CS that you didn't get a card and politely ask if they'd be willing to give you a January card.
