Email: Treasures for your tot

My goodness how cute is the girl above?? Anthropologie’s latest email reminds us of their annual children’s collection. As always it’s filled with delightful items.

All of the above pieces are by liamolly, and all I can say is that I would wear adult versions of these in a heartbeat. Especially the Goldenrod Frock ($88) on the right. I’m partial to the blue. The Hide & Seek Sweaterdress ($88) and the Cozy Posy Sweatercoat ($98) are also adorable. It’s total cute overload. The clothing comes in 3 sizes: 6 months, 12 months or 18 months.

There’s accessories too, like the Slowpoke Cap ($38) and a small selection of gloves. Or you could just combine them all into the Beary Cute Hoodie ($78). The Giraffe Hand Puppet ($32) is one of a three-animal menagerie. Another herd, this one of plushies, is available. My favorite from that set is Darla Donkey ($16) for nostalgic reasons. In-store you buy these stuffed animals and donate them to a local children’s charity. A great cause for sure.

As a side note, does anyone else get the Toys R Us song stuck in their heads at this time of year? Even at 27 it's stuck in mine. Talk about effective marketing!

No, not the Toys R Us song. Bad Christmas songs I hear in stores. I wish these clothes came in toddler sizes. I would spend the $$ for my daughter now. She doesn't grow as fast. When they are 6 and 12 months, they are like little weeds. Still, if this next one is a girl……Anthropologie has cute little toys too, and the ornaments!

I've seen the Liamolly items and I think they are absolutely beautiful and priced well for the quality. I wish they made them in toddler and childrens sizes too as I'd give them as gifts. Gorgeous. I actually love the sweatercoat in particular having looked at them all. Thanks for post.

this collection is very stretchy and roomy. my daughter is close to three and can still fit into some of the 18-24 sweaters and skirts. i bought my son the slowpoke hat and plan on getting my daughter the scarf. they should both be able to wear those at least this winter and next. sooo cute.

I also wish these clothes came in toddler sizes. It seemed my daughter grew so fast when she was younger but since sage 3 she has been the same size, and it is looking like she will be that way for at least another year. If these clothes came in bigger sizes I would consider purchasing something for her.Like CrewCuts, I also wish these came in "mom" sizes. Sometimes the kids' clothes are just cuter than the ones for me!

I bumped this comment up from "Kiboshed" because I missed your post that day, so sorry! You do so much to feed the Anthropologie lover, so I'm sad.MY COMMENT ON KIBOSHED POST:Geez…they are so snobbish when it comes to social media. They don't even have their own blog. The Anthropologist can NOT be considered a blog. There is no communication between reader and blog.It boggles my mind. They are all about knowing their customer, yet they are one sided when it comes to interaction! Their Facebook is sooo juvenile and seems written by teenagers (and sorry Anthro I love you, but Facebook is soooo over) and their Twitter interaction is at 1%.ANTHRO PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STOP BEING SOCIAL MEDIA BLOG SNOBS. We love you anthro, just love us back. Also, even though you don't have a blog, other bloggers keep the word going, don't ever forget that.Thank you for this blog here Effortless Anthropologie, it's the closest thing we have. (next to the Free People blog, but again, that blog just doesn't cut it and needs MAJOR work.)Sorry for the rant, had to get it out!I love Anthropologie, and I love this blog! Thanks
