Hi Anonymous, for the basic shots I use a screen capture tool called Jing. It's a great free app — you can draw a screen capture box of any size, and then add text, arrows, etc to it. You can share the image on the interwebs or save it to your computer. For the fancier stuff I use Photoshop.
I must say, I love photo # 3.And I also don't get the "shadowy hands" too. Yeah King kong hands.
This is by far one of my favorite catalogs. It has two of my favorite things: anthro and modern architecture. Thanks for posting!
