Want to shop through the March catalogue on your own? Here it is.
But before we start, I want to say straight out that I was pretty surprised by the catalogue this month. Not at all in the clothing which is pretty amazing! But in the catalogue itself. Anthropologie went in a new direction with the photography and it is much more in the vein of Urban Outfitters. Some changes were nice, like the font that is much easier to read. But some changes disappointed me. Many of the shots are artistic to a degree (Anthro catalogues always are) but so much so that they fail to showcase the product. I would go as far as saying that I had to go to the website to really get a good idea of the products. That’s bad news to me. I could very well be overreacting — maybe this change is for the good and I just need to embrace it. I’d love to hear your opinion in the comments!
More bows! They are the thing this Spring.
This blouse has them laid out in a creative way.
The top is like a Monet but the bottom is firmly pop art.
This critic gives it a rave review.
Why is this photo blurry? Bothers me to no end.
This top is so European chic, would be nice to actually see it.
Galaxy of Dots Dress ($128); Sweet Olive Shift ($168)
Yes, yes, yes, YES!!
This reminds me of something I would wear as a kid,
and I mean that in the best way.
Birds Eye View Necklace ($118)
Stylishly tailored for work or the after-party.
Polka dots are my weakness, my wonderful fashion addiction.
Could we see this in a few more colors please?
The catalog stinks! I threw it out. I usually look forward to them but I couldn't even see the clothes. They were so far away. Disappointing to say the least.
This was one of the worst catalogs in a long time…really poor photography & the clothes are not that exciting. I always save my copies but usually if I like them I'll pore over them-not this one. Blecch.
