I went to the store for the first time in over a month there for returns was nothing I even wanted to try on. So sad anthro used to be my go to store now it's pretty low on my list. I'm finding better clothes at Target.
The only thing I wanted were some knobs that just sold out from under me…oh well!

cava shell by eri + Ali 🙂 bought two. Chason de fleurs blouse by meadow rue. I had this blouse but got as a back up (it was a return but I was super lucky ) I found 2 pairs of pilcros for $6 and Mirari blouse for $29 (before 40%) he he he he…….im sooooooo happy. got a few lovelies. I have been missing everything lately online but had lovely uck today at store.

have been missing a lot online lately so am super happy. For Online ordering popbacks either people are super fast or I am SUPER Slow LOL
I rarely try for any popbacks like the good old days anymore, I've only got lucky with a few things whenever I'd see anyone post about it here first and somehow got lucky. I also miss the gallery of pics people were posting of their clothes and accessories like they used to. There were so many inspiring pics to sift through when Anthro's pics were so boring or didn't show off the clothes clearly enough. They really should bring all that back. I also notice how people don't post reviews like before. I used to love reading through them. It's almost like everything we want Antrho to do, they do the complete opposite lol.
One of the big reasons I don't love the new dept. store is because it's located at the mall and it's just too crowded while everything's so spread out. It is beautiful and I love the new shoe department but that cozy boutique style charm it used to have has somehow been depleted.

I hear u. my frequency of store visit has gone down as anthro is been disappointing lately but today I was free in the morning so decided to take a trip to the store. I loved Mira off the shoulder dress. Blue with white embroidery. how can I not love it.

That dress is amazing and I bought it during one of Anthro's promotions. I like the fact that I can lift the shoulder part up and wear it like that instead for when I'm not feeling the off the should look which is pretty much most of the time. I have a couple off the shoulder tops as well but I don't need any more lol!
Wow!!! I'm inspired to buy it. I will wear it normal not off the shoulder coz I'm not comfy with that look.
Yes buy it if you can Nam, you will not be disappointed, it's one of the few that can be put on the shoulders and worn that way, a nice dress to wear either way you want and cotton!:)

Just letting people know to be aware when you return something to a store that you bought online, if you had the shipping waived on the order make sure they don't deduct the shipping amount from your refund. I have had this happen several times already including one I just caught where they refunded the purchase price minus the $8.95 shipping amount I had waived. I also have returns where they haven't refunded my tax. I'm not sure where this problem originates from since the store tells me the amount comes from online customer service and online customer service tells me the amount comes from the store.
I just had the same thing happen. I called CS and they referred my case to the financial corrections department who then emailed the following day with no explanation just a list of the purchase and my return (minus what would have been the shipping had it not been free shipping that day). Oy! I give up. I am no longer purchasing online. It is too much hassle.
In at least a couple of cases so far, I only had one item and it was obvious what happened so CS is refunding the amount to my credit card (I had to call them twice tonight about 2 separate returns where this happened, both times involving $8.95 shipping charges that were taken out of my refunds). In the more complicated cases, I'm writing to CS about it to explain what happened.
Now I know exactly what happened when I return something to the store and wonder why the amount of my refund is so low. I'm also thinking in the cases where I thought I didn't get my tax back what really happened was my shipping that was refunded was taken out of my refund and it had nothing to do with the tax not being refunded. Oy is right!

As much as I moan about the direction that Anthro has taken this past year, I still find some really nice stuff and I love the staff at my local store. I sincerely hope that they recover and get back to their roots because I would hate to think I will lose my favourite place to shop.
