I didn’t think I was getting on board with the ruffled sleeve trend — until I tried this powder blue merino sweater dress on…
I’m not going to pretend like ruffly sleeves are a trend with years of staying power, but there are worse things in this world than having a gorgeous, warm, fine-gauge merino sweater dress in your closet, right? It’s warm enough to end winter on a pretty note and breathable enough to fight off those early Spring chills. This coat is one of the nicest plaid coats I’ve ever owned, it’s on sale too, and while being ‘blue’ in winter is kind of ironic, this tone mix actually makes me quite happy.
The wind was at times uncooperative and bone-chilling the day we shot these photos at Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park in Brooklyn, and the coat kept me quite warm the whole time. That’s a total win! I hope to have this in my closet for many years to come.

Wanted to add one thing. Yesterday I got Anthro's home catalog. The collection is absolutely amazing. Anthro has changed in a good sense for its home collection. I have a few pieces in my house which I bought to accentuate my home decoration but when I saw the catalog this time I felt like having almost everything. Love them

I am 5'8″! And as you see it hits midthigh on me. I think it's fine with tights.

Apple Watch twins! My work gave them out for Hanukkah/Christmas. Thank goodness I have smart tech people around me with them to help figure this thing out, LOL. It's somewhat intuitive, and somewhat not. But I love how it's inspiring me for my active life…I'm coming back from a broken foot and injured spine, and have about 40 lbs to lose to get back to my normal weight.
Hooray on the home catalog!! I didn't get one, but I'll have to swing by Anthro to pick one up because I'd looooove to do my apartment with some of their pieces. (I'm not sure how my BF would feel about that, but, well….) 😉

Oh my!!! Home items are very pretty and has touch of infact a coupon pieces are mid century modern so I hope ur BF likes it. My hubby did. Some tables have glass and gold accents so looks so rich and posh 🙂
