Boden’s sale enters crazy good territory…

Boden’s Sorrento Jersey Shift Dress (now $72) is just one of a bounty of beautiful dresses now under $90!

Boden’s sale has entered cackling with glee territory, thanks to a fresh swoop of further cuts that’s put 4 pages of sale dresses under $90! We’re not talking the dingy leftovers either — there are some real beauties available for a fantastic price, including some I own and love myself.

Inside, picks from the sea of superb sale.

Let the Modern Denim Dress (now $65) take you from work to weekend.

Boden is starting to master the print game and I notice ever more cute frocks among their assortment. Although dresses vary in price depending on color (a sometimes frustrating quirk), these dresses are all under $90 too…

1 | The cutely named Phoebe Dress (now $72) in Santorini Blue Swans is the kind of print that looks nice from far away, and even better from up close.
2 | The aptly named Casual Jersey Dress (now $64) is a dress that requires no thought for an instant outfit.
3 | With two prints and two solid colors to choose from, the Margot Jersey Dress (now $68) is a winner thanks to its deep scoop neck, defined waist and perfect length. I’m a fan of the Santorini Blue myself.
4 | For those with smaller chests, the Dolly Dress (now $33-$76) is a winner.
5 | If you like the print of the Dolly but have a larger chest, the Curved Waist Seam Dress (now $48) comes in that same blue medallion print (among others) and is universally flattering.
6 | The Ruched Detail Dress (now $54) has been a huge winner in my closet, runs true to size, and is now 50% off!
7 | I love the sleeve details on the Dotty Shift Tunic Dress (now $60 to $69)!
8 | My second color of the very flattering and easy to wear Silvia Dress (now $69 to $97) makes it under the $90 threshold in every color except solid black.
9 | I’m waiting for the newest prints of the Hannah Seam Detail Dress (now $95) to hit further sale, but in the meantime there are two lovely prints that are now $71. I do like that Green Geo Bird quite a bit!
10 | Sexy yet refined, the Long Sleeve Cowl Neck Dress (now $71) might be my Valentine’s Day work dress…
11 | A fun and playful texture make the Sixties Jacquard Dress (now $59 to $83) a must-have for any Audrey-adoring closet.
12 | Is it Spring yet? The Pixie Dress (now $83) in yellow would like to think so!
13 | Velvety, winter work or party perfection is here and it’s called the Thelma Dress (now $83)!
14 | One of my favorite winter prints called Black Floral Spot is on the simple and chic Wrap Dress (now $69 to $97), which is under $90 in every color except solid blue.
15 | Major fun with prints awaits in the Rachel Dress (now $65 to $87)! I love both the Basil Stamp Floral and the Aristocratic Blue Stamp Floral.
16 | Looking for the ultimate flattering dress? Here is the Curve & Flare Dress (now $89-$104), which has several colors including a beautiful red available for under $90.

There are 4 pages of shoe/jewelry markdowns too. I have things in my cart but they are not showing as an extra 40% off.

Oh wow! OK, I will make a post for it a little later today then.

I ordered a few new mark down items…
      Elene skirt
      Dara bag
Meteor shower earrings (wish these were blue instead of the rose, but it's better then nothing!)
Fingers crossed for items to actually ship!

I also ordered the Tie-dyed wool tunic. I had an expired free shipping code and CS was nice enough to let me use it. That was nice!

Also, that Boden sale list is quite overwhelming. Wow. You used to have to jump on sale right away or everything good would be gone. Lots of good stuff on it, though.

I know! On the one hand how wonderful to score such deals (and there are a lot of popbacks here…) yet still, just goes to show the issues plaguing the retail industry in general at the moment.

There is just too much out there, period. Good and bad alike.

Yes lots of good deals but not too much is grabbing my attention at the moment. I did just order the Etta Ruched Midi Dress in the wine color by Moulinette Soeurs so here's hoping it looks good on when it arrives. Other than that, everything new looks like it could be maternity wear and I'm looking for more figure flattering tops and dresses at the moment.

Funny thing is today there are so many popbacks and I have a very tight work schedule ??Hate that

I'm in the same boat! And this clearly is just online return stuff, I KNOW some of this stuff is widely available in stores but showing as sold out online.

Anyway, I'l have a post up early this PM for the new sale stuff specifically, but feel free to discuss here before then.

How does Boden generally fit? I looove the Sorrento Dress. Thanks!

    • January 12, 2017 / 3:15 pm

I'm an hourglass and I find most of their dresses with flared or straight skirts like this one true to size. Anything with a sheath shape I size up.

The thing I love about Boden is their fit guides. They say what they think would fit you based on your body measurements bt then they give the measurements of each individual item in EACH and EVERY size. It makes it so easy to decide! Plus their customer reviews are really useful.

Plus they have pics of the item on and off models.

Why oh why can't Anthropologie do that?

Sure thing Nam! I like both colors but I'm a sucker for anything in the wine/burgandy color scheme. I also like the new embroidered jacket from Hei Hei so it's on my wishlist but other than that, there's not too much else. All the new tops imo look so unflattering in either the shapes or prints or both so I'm hoping more arrivals will pop in that'll make me excited for Spring wear:)

Yes love that color for fall/winter. Yes someone mentioned that jacket. It's really pretty.

I agree about the other clothes except for those Embroidered Lacey tops we discussed but would try them on for sure. Hoping those work for me. It's been tricky lately 🙁

Yes it has been been a bit tricky but I'm also between sizes right now because I gained about five pounds recently so it's a bit more difficult to gage which to choose from. I hope everything you bought fits you. I haven't purchased too much lately because the holidays pretty much wiped me out lol, still looking forward to seeing new fashions though:)

Oh I did just snag one popback called the Amarillo Cinched-Waist Top Light Grey by Floreat, here's hoping it'll fit me okay, I went up a size and hopefully I can just pull it over my head as several of the reviewers have said the buttons are a pain to undo lol. I couldn't beat the price though and it's just what I was searching for as far as shape and colors!

oh wow!!!!! I missed this top. There are so many blahhhh clothes right now that I totally lost interest in hunting for pretties which is rare lately :(. Not buying anything either bought Leila peplum jacket and dressage sweatercoat and a few Lena Bernard jewelries.

Thanks for the heads up. the top looks pretty. I hope it fits u. let me know. Sorry so many reviews I'm asking for he he he

I'll definitely be sure to let you know how it looks no probs! I don't know how on earth I ever missed that one because tops like that are a rarity amongst so many of the maternity type tents available these days. I suppose if I were expecting it would be great but that was a while ago for me so I'm looking for figure flattering styles these days lol! No tents:)
